Well i recevied a call today from a company called Global Solutions telling me i was going to be sued by the company Triple Services and that they had my ss and my bank account number and they deposited $300 into my account back in 2008 so i did my research ehivh brought me here i see they are frauds and im upset because they had personal info and phone numbers. I started to put the peices of the puzzle together and i knew this was a scam I would like to know how to make a complaint against these frauds.

They kept calling my cell phone and then they called my job and spoke to my supervisor. They said they were going to serve me papers at my job and take me to court for an unpaid payday loan. They said they confirmed with my bank and it goes against their agreement. I called my bank and they said its a scam and no one contacted them. They called my cellphone again and I said this is a scam and don't call me again or I will file a complaint against you. The guy started cursing and talking ugly to me. It is def. a scam don't give them your information!

You all can write this stuff all day.  It is the same.  It is a fraud and should be reported to the FCC at the very least.

They are phony scammers.  When you are sent to collections, they will be able to tell you who it is they are collecting for and these people can do no such thing, I have never heard of this in my time.  You are a lawyers office and you cannot tell me who you are collecting my money for ... [***]!  I told her to take me to court and when you truly serve me and stop threatening me then I'll know you are real!! Get out of here

This just happened to me a few minutes ago. I have never took out a loan with these people and when I was asking what company I went through to get it she said she didn't know. All she know is the company who gave me the loan is triple services but don't know where I went through to get it. I never even heard of this place ever before.

Has anyone ever heard of an rg financial?

I got a call yesterday from a rg financial. they said the lender was a triple services loc, not llc....said I got a loan online, and I have never gotten a loan online. she had an old address of mine from a different city back from 2007. I gave her my debit info, but have since cancelled it. she sent me a statement today via email, but no info concerning the loan. I wrote back and said I wanted a copy of the loan, with all details on it, including the company I got the loan from. so far, nothing from them.

They already had all my information, SS, bank # address phone # cell #, everything!

Do nothing because no one is going to take that risk of going to jail themselves.  It is a scam.

How or where we file the complaint because everytlme you get a call, it' a different company with the same crap.  We need to pulled together and put a stop to this scam.

Contact the FTC give them your name number and the number of the caller.
You will get a reference number and the calls will stop.  Mines did.

I just gota call from them n all the info she giving me is wrong she sound like a machine

Supposedly I owe for a payday loan that I did not apply for. They threatened to forward to courts for legal actions. They had all of my information too. How?

This is getting ridiculous . I have people calling me about several different payday loans stating that I have taken out they have all my information ss,date of birth,address everything totally a scam don't buy into there B.S anyone people are hard up for money

Monique did they give you a name for their company? Trying to figure out if it's the same people that called me. I assume they change their name often.

I got a call today on my cell number i have had this number for a bout a year. i have had loans in the past back in 2011 and it is now 2016 just getting a call from triple services llc today about a load I supposedly got around that time. I explained to the rep Melissa that all the payday loans ive had are paid, the last 3 years I have been paying everything off my credit bc my fiance' and I are in the process of trying to buy a home. and asked her what the name and location of the place I supposedly got the loan. of course she could not verify. She said if i did not pay or setup payment arrangements with my account or credit card i would get a notice about court appearance and would have to pay 1300$ which would include court cost, my $320 loan amount, and for the lawyer. I told i am not going to court for $300 nor have I  ever gotten a loan for $320. she also said she could not send me any information about the the place i cgot the loan and that it woul;d be sent to me after the debt is paid in full. after giving the rep a card number I no longer use and setting up payment arrangement, I called her back after getting the email she sent with the arrangement to pay bc the email had nothing about the place i got the loan like she had advised would be in the email. of course she did not answer her ext went directly to the voicemail. i really feel this is a scam and its cruel of them [***] to play around with people like that  around the holidays. i have a family. and taking something from me is taking from them. Leave me a lone!!! this is not the time.
