Recorded message from a woman asking for Erin Sommerson (?) said if I continued to listen, I was acknowledging that I was Erin Sommerson.  If I was NOT Erin Sommerson, I coiuld call the number back to be removed from the calling list.  I returned the call and it said it was EOCCA - then a man answered and asked if I knew who Erin Sommerson was.  No, I did not.  He confirmed my number and said he'd remove the number from the calling list.  (It didn't sound like the typical garbage calls, but I'll still put this number on my block list thru my phone co. as well as contact them about it.)

Thank goodness for the internet and this site. I am able to find out who the scammers are and block the number on my phone.

Just got a call from them for some old verizon bill from like 4 years ago told them to get lost

A computer-generated message called me saying "this is a message for R Rodriguez. If you are not R Rodriguez call 1-877-294-5776.".

I did not answer

I received a call from this number saying in was a matter of great importance. They asked for me by name and wanted me to verify some information for them before they could release some very important Federal information. I told them I would not verify anything and they kept on insisting. I said no and hung up.

Been getting an automated call asking me to call 877-294-5776 for a little over a year now... It first was hit an miss for several months. Then went silent for a couple months. Now they call DAILY! At times TWICE a day asking for "Katrinallygeneralharding" and say if I stay on the line I am verifying that I am her...Amazing that my answering machine can't understand that and hang up!  Yadda yadda yadda the same as all the above posts. I figure if a real person can't call they can kiss off because I don't contact scammers.

Received animated voicemail message.  Message was asking for another person.  Message was left on my home phone number.

They asked for someone who is a distant relative. I'm like how did you get my number and why on earth are you calling it asking for someone who doesn't has never resided at any of my addresses!

I get a call from this company every day at least once a day.  I will admit, I did owe AT&T and it was handed over to this company.  I got a letter over a year ago and it said that I could pay 1 set amount at that time, and my bill would be wiped clean.  I paid that bill in February of 2011 and have not heard again from this company until approximately 3 weeks ago.  They are now saying that I owe them the whole amount plus interest.  They are even sending my ex wife my bill to her address and I haven't even lived at that address for over 20 years.  Pretty pathetic. I know my bill has been paid, I have the money order stub to prove it, so I know this is now just a scam.  I will never answer this phone call again.  They can call and my voicemail will get their calls.  This company SUCKS.

I received calls from this number, they wanted my social security number, I told them I was not that stupid as to give them that information and not to call this number anymore. The man said he would call as much as he wanted to. I told him he had the wrong person and he wanted other information to take my number of list. I will not give ANY information to this person. And he is calling and hanging up now.

I got this same call back in 2010,but I figured it was legitimate because I 'd just got this phone (cell). They asked for Adam Lee,said they were trying to collect from him,and if I wasn't him,then call them back to clear it up. Yhat was 2010,in Georgia......It is now 2012 and I am in Kansas and now I receive these calls on my landline! Soooo, I filed a complaint on the Do Not Call register!! So far i have used this service for other people and it has cleared up a lot! i highly recommend this!

I get this call form 1877-294-5776 they are calling for a Luke somebody that doesn't live at my address. They are calling me after hours and I have made contact with them stating that this person Luke doesn't live at my address and they mentioned they will remove my number from their list which they have not done. I get a recording stating the if am not the person they are calling for to call another number which was spoken to fast for the hearing impaired such as myself and does not repeat the number in which I must call. I tried calling back and received a recording that it was after hours on Fridays in which the business hours are from 9am to 5 pm.. I've recieved calls up till 7pm everyday seems like every hour now.. Is there away I can put a stop to this?

They were fishing for data. They have your name and phone number on there screen in frount of them, when you call. but they just kept asking.  I gave them NO info. and I just kept calling them every 5 minutes till to show them how it feels to be harassed by an auto dialer. they said they would take me off the auto dialer. After Van Rue called and said they would take the number off... EOCCA called the next day. They ask for a strange name, not me. So they are acumlating data for some reason.

That what they did to me. So I just kept calling them up and wasting there time. I called and just put the phone down all day or when I had the chance.

received a call on SUNDAY. 4-28-13 which I interrupted and hung up when message was being left. Don't know who they are or why they called but I did receive a snail mail the other day saying I owed ATT some money. Presumed it was for my departed father and trashed it so in view of other comments on this page, may have been the same crummy outfit cited.
