called on Sunday morning, left message that they are a collection agency

I recieved the same message I owe 1000.00 to att. Funny I do have att don't think my phone would be on if I owed them that kind of money

I just received a call from eocca. lady actually sounded pretty professional and said that she needed to know if this was my correct address. it was actually an old address and she just kept asking me if it was correct or not. I told her I'm not going to answer a personal question if you don't tell me what this is about. she said she couldn't until I answer that question so I hung up on her. although I do have some 9 or 10 year old debts so I figured it was just them trying to sue me. she did not say anything about AT&T or anything else besides asking if that was my correct address. but because I would not answer her she wouldn't give me any more information.

I live in New York.. just wanted to state that so everyone knew their calling all over the states.

said it was the ghost of elvis and pardoned himself for accidentally dialing my number.

(no, it's a fraudulent dialer who's making claims to get your personal information.. report them if you can,  each time you can.)

it's a dept agency.. just tell them to go away and send a statement...      mine's from at&t which cingular tried to buy out their mobile then they screwed that up,  got my account cancelled now i have a debt which is hard to pay for because at&t can't find anything yet cingular's mistakes keep showing up in some debt agencies index.

i'm like 'send the notice'   then i get nothing.. then i call at&t telling them the whole story and all they can reciprocate is....  "cingular really messed up accounts years back, i guess you're one of the voids that keeps floating in limbo"    i still have at&t...   but this pest of a bill that doesn't exist OR does is haunting me and i don't know what to do, how to pay it or how to get this agency to do their damned job right.. they're too stupid for words!

i gave them my information and still there's no statements no nothing!

They keep calling me and I gave them the info August 2013. I had paid it and they still keep calling me!!

Getting calls from this EOCCA company. Refuses to tell me what for! I refuse to give them information. This girl is very persistent constantly calling my home. I do not know how she even got my home number. From what I read here on this board if it has to do with wireless company they are barking up the wrong tree I have had Virgin Mobile pre-paid cell phone for years. My home number is with ATT Uverse and it is paid on time every month. So they just need to leave me alone already! This continues I will be filing a law suit in court against them for phone harassment. I have business to do and not dealing with idiots such as these people who won't stop calling my house!
