They also stated, that they do not have a website because that is where the list of properties are.  I asked if they had a general website that would give more info on their company and I was told to just search the company name and information would come up that way.  Of course you know there is no information right?????????????????  There also was a little testiness in the voice as well.  LOLOL.  this is hilarious.  People really need to stop playing games.

I had a good experience.I was screened first as to what my income was before being registered. My roomate and I make at least two times the rent.As I went through the process the agent was very helpful in walking me through the sites given. I found a property after about three days. I did  my own communications  speaking directly with the owners. I disagree fully with the comments above because none of you  went through the process ,which I have. I moved into a place. I am renting with an option to buy. My option does not kick in for 6 months so I cannot comment on how the buying part will turn out. But so far so good. So stop the unfounded hate.

When I explained to these crooks that I was already paying extra principal on my mortgage every month by just adding a couple of hundred bucks to the payment, they just hung up. I'm guessing they won't call back.

Pretty much every mortgage agreement works this way anyway, extra payment are always posted to the principal. And you know, you don't have to pay leeches like this a dime. Your mortgage already works this way.

A "customer" who is satisfied with service they received would not become vehemous because someone else voiced an experience different from their own.  "Legal injury"?  What legal injury?  Why do you care?  As a legal professional for the last 28 years, I can promise you nothing that has been said here is illegal or actionable.

HOWEVER, the fact that "Brad" is here defending his/her company with such hostility tends to lend credibility to the claims that the service received by others turned out to be rude when they didn't do what they wanted.

Real shame it is not a legit operation.  I came here to check it out before I called them.  Needless to say, I won't be calling.
