Well to all the neh sayers here, I just closed my deal on my  rent to own. I got mine ,now you get yours. You  tried to sabotage me here. It took  these months to get a quick claim deed from the owner I was renting from. It was an older lady who carried me. I had every  legal right be be concern because someone in the mortgage company was reading these blogs.  If my deal did not happen MY ATTORNEY  would have come after you in full force.  I did take over the payments and as long as I was on time with the mortgage payments ,the company was pleased and helped me get the loan in my name. So you can blog as negative as you'd like but the process worked. American Standard does know what they are doing with the list and the title searches. They don't act as brokers or agents because you can do it yourself. I did it.......Quite frankly you don't need a broker or an agent. You can do the deal yourself. Keep in mine a mortgage company can modify any loan however they want. You just have to get their confidence and make enough payments to prove to them you are good for the payments.

I bought a home through the listings from American Standard. Then I cancelled and got my money back. The fact of the matter is I paid so I could have nationwide listings within minutes. I recommended it to a friend who found this site so the truth is it works if you are willing to put in the effort. Sorry but if you sell weed for a living and spend your free time hating guess why you don't own a home and I do. I got my listings for free and got a house, moron haters.

This is a Craigslist scam. They list multi-million dollar homes at rental prices that would probably give you a 1 bedroom in Compton. AVOID.

I can't imagine ANYONE getting positive results from this company. I flagged 17 of their ads yesterday morning on Asheville CL. This morning (early) there were only six ads on CL, five of them were this bogus company. Now Mr. Brad, does it make ANY sense to you that YOU are the ONLY person reporting a good transaction with them? Seriously, Bing, Google, Yahoo! the 866-345-1844, the number they list on the banner and see the THOUSANDS of complaints. You mean they are ALL wrong???? C'mon, you know this company is a farce.

Um, Brad sir.................are you sure you got a "quick claim deed"? Reason being, because there isn't such a thing!!!! It's called a QUIT CLAIM DEED and it's where the seller relinquishes their ownership and transfers it to an interested party. It's VERY rare a bank/mortgage company will allow this type of transaction. It's usually done in the case of a divorce so the spouse can have full ownership. Banks typically do "Deed in lieu of foreclosure" and then they sell the property. Sorry bud, you did not get a QUICK CLAIM DEED!!!!!

Another scam post on Craigslist.  Not enough information to even look like a real ad.  These sure are getting old, as I REALLY need to find a place to rent, and spend more time sorting though the crap ads trying to find something legit to rent.  What a time waster.

Yeah, it's a sad thing that I have to engage in such due diligence prior to even picking up the phone but alas that's the world we live in.

It's doubly frustrating because we need to be moved out by August and the listings list an actual "property" that seemed too good to be true.  My fiancee started to phone and I said "wait up - check the web!"
