Called asking for owner or manager.  Said she was Kim from Access Local and wanted to verify information because they were making us their local business of the month.

Called my business today wanting to talk to the Manager or owner. Wouldnt tell me why. Told me it was about my online listing I already had. I told him we dont have an online listing. He said when you register your business you automatically go on their list. He said he was with Googles. I know this is a Lie seeing the business was register before googles was even thought of.  He kept going on then asked to talk to a person who no longer workers here and hasn't for years. He told me he wasnt a telemarketer I say you are a liar. I told him i know he is wrong because the person he asked for is not at the company. He finally hung up. I called the 1-877-408-3390 number back. The young girl that answered I asked her the business name and She said the Zip Web and I asked for my number to be removed. The guy I talked to earlier was all lies. I looked up the Zip Web with BBB  they have a F rating and is not accredited with the BBB, seems they do their customers really bad. odd huh.

Just called.. nobody there. Must of been searching for live phone to call later on.

Called this number back, its called ZIPWEB, I gave them our numbers and they said that their data-base would be updated in 48 to 72 hours for their Do Not Call list.

I run a lodging facility and need to answer my calls to take reservations.  Highly irritating when you take the time to answer and its a scam.  Wastes my time and causes me to lose legitimate reservations calls.

They called.. no message left.

Received call.  Took forever for them to speak.  Was just about to hang up.  It is for an online directory which we've said many, many times we are not interested in being published in.

THANKS seasoned_geek, and others, the cronies with this number have racked up several dollars worth of messages and minutes on our business line as well. Funny we have Verizon too? You have to wonder, one little call here and there, it's hard to make a case, but we need to realize how wonderful the profit picture looks for Verizon from this kind of thing when you add up millions of customers, and, an entire year of this fraudulent behavior??? Oh silly me, why would any respectable company do such a thing. Well, probably the same reason the now corrupted Todd Davis, Life Lock, and Symantic are mysteriously all partners now? Hmm, viruses, hackers, Trojans collecting information, a respectable company (Symantic)  has the solution just pay them for their program to get them off your computer, but if you're too late getting rid of them before they get what they need to steal your identity, Todd Davis and Symantic have an answer for that too. Come on man, lets stop pretending to be so DUMB and take back our world!

4/1/2010 6:20 pm 877-408- 3390 This is a company called Zipweb  Online advertising . They have been calling my shop for some time now  but lately it is 2 to 3 times a day. I have called the number back  a few times and  asked to be removed from their call list . They told me that it takes 72 hours to  have a number removed . Well  Zip Web  called 2 more times today  so I called the number back again and asked for a manager . A woman came on the line and I asked her if it was alright to record their conversation and she said yes . I informed her that I have asked politely  to be removed from the call list and  that if  my numbers were not removed this time I would forwards the  recorded conversation to the MA attorney generals office  as  harassment for continuing the calls after a number of attempts to have them removed. So now just have to wait and see if  that worked or I will forward the  recording to the  attorney generals office .

This company called ZipWeb, continually calls this business regardless of how many times I call and request they stop (twice today, at least 10 times in last 6 months).  We have never used them and never will.  Next step is BBB.

This number keeps calling me, usually no one there when I pick up. Today a "Randy Cortez" supposedly from Google called me to update my online business info. I told him we're on the do not call list and asked to be removed from his list. He said he was not aware of that and would do so.   We'll see!

Hey we have gotten 3 calls in two days from this number!! I am a bit pissed because they are so rude.  Each call identifies themself as a diff company.  And why cannot the FCC do something about this for our business!????????!!!!!

Called asking for the owner or manager, I get a call once a week from this number and tell them not to call me again. They say they will not call me again and removed my our number and name from calling list. Then a week later call me again. This is for a business number.

I have had the DO NOT CALL service that you are referring to and this number DOES GET THROUGH.

just now got a call and they said they were calling about our "Qwest Online Weblisting".  the woman speaks broken english.  i told her we have requested numberous times for them to remove our number from their list and she refused unless i proved to her i was the business owner.  during our frustrating conversation, she tried to get me to say "YES".  I refused. The last time that I said "YES" to one question, they applied it to another of their questions and we got slammed AND billed for a long distance service I NEVER ORDERED!!!! So be very careful when you deal with telemarketers!!!

They called us all the time.  Same thing, we answered and they don't say anything.  Try this - one night when you have nothing to do, start calling their number.  Over and over and over again.  They will get charged for the toll free calls.  Once they saw all the calls from our number on their phone bill, they stopped calling.
