I.D. says UNAVAILABLE.  Make a JERK LIST like mine, print it, put it by the phone and don't answer in the future.  They are pests that turn everybody off to telephone calls.  Repeated calls and they hang up on my business answering machine.

Don't answer I did and the lady said she had me on recording saying yes to whatever they were sell and that she would be sending me a bill and I told her no...I said no...and spelled it to her and she agrued that I said yes and I was getting a bill.  This is crap don't answer these call because they ask if they have the right person and when you say yes they use that for their recording that you accept what they are pushing even after you tell them no!!!  They need to be shut down whoever they are!!

I just go the same thing....does that mean I need to call my local phone company and let them know?  She kept saying I said yes and I even spelled no to her and she kept arguing with me...I don't want their service and not sure how to keep them from scamming us from that phone call!!!

This company has called us about 30 times in the last month by looking at our voice mail software, at least their # is blocked so the calls do not go though.

Scammers claim to have you recorded as saying YES - but consistently refuse to play it..

Even So - their edited recording would not withstand a Forensic check for edits - if they should sue.
They have to provide the recording and allow it to be checked for EDITS
