    BOA consumer
It is a BOA regulatory complaint. I received a call after filing a consumer financial bureau complaint. When you file a CFB complaint than the bank has to answer within 15 days and this is the regulatory office that handles this manner.

They do not do emaila but if your missing that much money. File a Consumer financial complaint than you'll get a call from this number and they have to give you some type of answer with in 15 days. The bureau basically makes the bank actually acknowledge your issue and provide closure to your issue.

You actually believe that person is missing a Million Dollars? I think you are referring to the CFPB? Under the current administration and under the current head of that agency they are more likely to steal whatever money you have left then to give you any help.

Put in a complaint to BBB and it looks like they assigned my case here.  I was contacted by a female Jenny Gonzalez who left a message.  When you call back the recording says "Please be aware we are a debt collector."  Not sure what they are collecting on.  I owe BOA nothing.

Well that doesn't make any sense.  The BBB referred you to this website?  They certainly do not assign cases here.  Why is this person calling you?

I filed an online complaint with California Department Of Buisness Oversight who also refered me to the office of comptroller of the currency in Houston TX.  Next thing i got a messege from Regulatory Complaint Servicing who clearly say in their answering  speal "We Are A Debt Collector" Am attempting to communicate with Texas they have not returned my call as of yet.  The two messages i recieved one stated the complaint i filed and one refered to a complaint from the  Better Business Bureau.   Jury still out. Had a probllem with BOA Mobile deposit, their solution was to freeze my buisness account, close my account and send me a check for the remaining balance. Still waiting for a letter of explanation as to why they closed the account.  BOA Totally on my bad list, neve r again will i ever deal with them.

I just received a call from this number and it was BofA regulatory something-or-other department.  I didn't answer, however, I did recently file a complaint against Bank of America with the federal regulatory group over seeing banking practices.  I have a long closed Credit card with BonA and they keep putting small "interest" amounts on it.  The card has been closed for years, but they keep at it.  I never receive a bill or anything like that and they clear it when I call, but it hits my credit anyway.  Criminals.

Bank of America just called me (for real).   This number is a scam.   But, they (again) removed the bogus interest from my account.

I’m getting these calls too. As far as I know it’s illegal to call someone on their cell phone without their permission. I got a new number and this person still got it and started calling. Reporting it to the Consumer Protection Agency did no good. They are supposed to investigate it and didn’t. Whoever it is is sending messages to a Kelly and my name isn’t Kelly. They are using unfair trading practices if this is a collection agency. I think it’s time to consult a lawyer. A taxi driver said she’s getting them too from Midweekpay.com. Asking for someone else. Someone is trying to scam us out of our money. Saying we have a gift card of $1,000. Or a loan from Bank of America.

Depends as there are different rules for debt collection calls.

I';m guessing you now know why that person got rid of that phone number?

The current administration has kneecapped that agency and has installed a traitorous person to protect debt collectors and banks, and everyone else that is stealing from the law abiding citizens of the US.

You are seriously going to trust a taxi driver to tell you who to sue?  You do realize that if you lose that lawsuit you could be on the hook for their attorney's fees don't you?

The left a call back number but her Hispanic accent neither me or my wife could get the last three digits of her extension. We must have listened 10 time and still can not understand her.  We think her name is Genny Diez.
