- TheMinionsRule replies to BigA| 2 repliesYes, that CFPB is a scam organization. One more scam organization sucking up our tax dollars. Horrible people, horrible organization. There is no consumer protection in the USA anymore.
- MikeHuntleton replies to TheMinionsRuleMoronic thinking like that is from uneducated people who think when you make a report, someone will drop whatever they are doing to handle it. The system works, it is just slow due to being over whelmed by many dead ends and incomplete reports because people like you think that just pointing a finger and saying "l think its fraud" without anything to back it up, is enough to stop something.
It is people like you who waste tax dollars by causing those agencies to waste resources chasing nonsense. - BigA replies to TheMinionsRuleFunny because I have never had any problems with them. You must have dealt with them during the last administration.
- lori JANE stout| 1 replyclaimed to be from Bank of America Fraud claims department, took my private account info, told me she was a sending me a important form that I never received 11 days ago.

If you are sketched out first ask a couple questions such as what does the starting of my email start with etc you get the idea.- Caller: Bank of America
- Len DGot a call from these scammers. Told me it was about a Bank of America complaint I supposedly submitted on the BBB? Then he asked me to verify my birth date and SSN. I told him the BBB does not request that info so how could you have to verfiy with me. He started to say that he understands that people don't trust callers. He's right, so I hung up him!
- Caller: Bank of Ameriuca Complaint Resolution Dept.

- szI got a call from these people too, they are pretending they are from BofA compliance department. I don't trust any unknown callers and don't provide any info to them
- Bridgette Perez replies to carolyn radcliff| 1 replyStop this account please
- Nimrod replies to Bridgette PerezBofA does not monitor this site and no one here can do anything about your account.
That is entirely YOUR responsibility.
Call the bank or go to your local branch and talk to them. You may very well find out that the calls you are getting are a scam. - post pending moderator approval

That still does not change the fact that it is your responsibility to contact them and let them know they are calling the wrong person. If you do not do it, no one else will and they will keep calling you thinking that they have the right number.Bridgette Perez wrote:This is not my account - post pending moderator approval

- Emily replies to evaI so agree I’ve been trying to deal with them for the past 15 days when I call back no one ever seems to know what I’m talking about and never find my claim number at the off chance if I get someone who seems to know what they’re talking about they tell me they have to connect me to the fraud department of course does not have a direct line and everything starts all over again
- OAPThis was "Anna Rose" BoA regulatory complaints department (877-430-1431 X437894) responding to a complaint filed against BoA with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
BoA will neither speak to you or email with you other than to say "we tried to call you, please call us back." If you bell them back, they still will not speak to you unless they "authenticate" you via text message. I have told them repeatedly that I do not do text messaging with people I love much less with businesses.
I encourage anyone who has had issues with BoA (or any other bank) to file complaints with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the BBB, and your state's Attorney General's Office for Consumer Protection, the government's ADA office, and anyone else that may take complaints about the bank.
I am looking for another bank. After roughly 25 years with BoA, I am DONE. I am not a trained seal, and I am tired of the pure aggravation they put me through, and their expectations that EVERYONE and his dog has a mobile phone, a mobile phone carrier, and can and wants to do text messaging. The banks seem to think their customers do not really matter, and one size fits all. They are bloody dictators! It is time we had banks who listen and who accept with grace and humility that "the customer is always right."- Caller: Bank of America
