they called, asked for my husband (but said his name wrong), and refused to tell me who they were with, but hung up on me instead...

You dont have to have a CITI card... many store cards are through citi bank.I dont have a CITI card but several store cards I'm thinking its either Target Homedepot or Exxon  I have been gettin calls several times a day.  Yes I know Im months behind, yes i know im in collections do i care? nope pay you when i can until than ill just keep hitting ignore... thanksssss

I'm assuming its Citi Financial. they call every day  5 five times a day and not even past the late day and on Sundays too

Yeah they call several times a day, never leave a vm, it's Citi - "Home Depot" - yes I'm behind a couple of payments, yes i'm broke, yes i'll catch up when i can, blah blah blah

Its citicard - Home Depot  -- I refuse to answer 10 calls a day is beyond annoying especially when I paid my bill two days ago.   Takes for ever for their systems to recognize.   There should be a law against this type harrassment.

Just got a call from them too. They asked to speak to me and when I identified myself, they replied that they will call back later.  Strange.

I know I am behind, I have answered and returned their calls to set up payment arraingements. They refuse to set them up with me because the card is in my husbands name. Seriously? I am trying to pay you! You would think they would be happy to be getting their money. It's hard for him to call because of his work hours.

Yes it's Citicard for Home Depot. They started calling several times a day 5 days after the payment was due. Im glad they called because my bill had fallen behind the stand and I would not have even noticed. I must say that calling that much is not necessary that soon after the due date.

Citi on behalf of home depot. Behind on payments. They will hound daily.

These people are absolutely ridiculous, we have been receiving calls from this number, it turns out to Home Depot, and they use a robotic calling service they have no regard for time, no respect for whether it is Sunday, Thanksgiving or nothing, we have a Journal Log on our fax machine that records all calls up to 30 and then it will print out the calls, These idiots has called our number 13+ times in the last 3 days, if I don't answer them before I will not be answering them now. So I just cut my ringer off at night and do not cut it back on until I feel like it. They will not stop, and never leave a message.

It is Citibank - they handle lots of store cards, including Home Depot and Lowes. In fact when they call the auto message blurs the two names together!

I don't have a CITI card, but recently published my cell and home # on a job search engine (Monster.com) because in order to defer my student loans I have too.  I didn't like the idea, but I had to. They used those #'s (within 24 hours) to solicit my $ not offer me a job. That should be against the law...wait...I think it is.  So I wonder how they are dodging around this? Do they think they now have "business" with me because they are in some obscure way affiliated with Monster?  They've already called me twice.

Its a phishing fraud that has nothing to do with Citibank.  Do not disclose speak with them or disclose or confirm any information to them whatssoever.

for real...they call my phone 10-15 times a day and never leave a message...when I have the money they'll get it...you're lucky if they only call you 5 times a day...lol
