- cn| 1 replyIf everyone would contact the FCC and FTC, perhaps something would be done about these calls. I, too, received a call from 877-481-1141. This seems to be happening more. Unfortunately, they are intimidating elderly people into paying them money. We all need to fight this. Go to the FCC and FTC websites and file complaints. You may help save an elderly persons retirement income.
- Caller: Mr. Bogart
- d| 2 repliesCalled them as I needed their info to fill out my bankruptcy papers. Surprise!!! They were nice and helpful. Wish that would happen more often!!!!

- kpwThey called said I must call before 6:00 pm central time so I call at 5:55 pm got an automated answer and said to leave message guess what the mailbox was full and not accepting any. I call this morning and gave my phone number and they said my name wasn't the one they looking for. Very intimidating call but I wonder if its a scam.
- RHI am repeatedly getting a call from this number. It is annoying because there isn't a live person to tell them not to call us and that we're on the "do not call" list!!! Yes, it is intimidating, but obviously, not legitimate. I do plan to go to the FCC and FTC websites and file complaints as suggested by another post.
- Caller: Mr. Bogart
- in_detoxCall from same automated message yesterday. I know it's an intimidating message but advise not returning the call or they'll only try more data mining and may find yourself receiving even more calls once they know it's a good number. Yes, report to FCC and FTC but also went to my wireless carrier website and blocked the jerks number.
- Caller: mister bogart
- LeeI git calls from 18774811141 ...said if I do not call by a certain time ...
.....They do not ask for a person by name....

Well he or them should have called the day I was born.
Yes wish some how this could be reported - Ingrid replies to cnI received a recorded call from that # too. I am registered on the "do not call register" and you can submit a complaint there, as I did.
- KevinI do not owe anyone anything! The just called with their intimidating recording. Has to be a SCAM!
- Reporting this fraudMR. Hinley a false name and this is a fraud. Has been reported to FCC & FTC
- Caller: Fraud!
- Call type: Prank
- kbreceived message from Mr. Hinley. Called back was told 'thank you for call regent"
- MFReceived calls today, twice from a company called "AIA Collections" with a recording saying " This is a recording from AIA Collections. Your information has been refered to us for an outstanding debt, please hold for a representative". I was silent the whole time and when the "representative" came on the line, he laughed and hung up. Then this evening, received a recorded call from the 877-481-1141 number but it was a Mr. Henley or his administrative assistant I was suppose to call back. His tone was very demanding. It's a SCAM. Do not call. We have no outstanding debt whatsoever.
- Caller: Mr. Henley
- Call type: Debt collector
- SusieI did call them back as the message was intimidating and I first spoke with a Kandie Adams whom was very rude. She stated we owed money for a Sprint bill from 8 years ago, funny as we are Sprint customers and owe them nothing. She was rude and I asked for her manager. A man got on the phone would not give his name and stated that unless I gave him a check by phone, my credit card or debit number that there was nothing he could do. He also stated that I was pathetic for asking for them to send me some sort of a letter if I really did owe these fines. I then asked for Mr. Hinkley or his administrative asst. which is what the recorded message said and he said "No, I could not speak with him."
This is a scam...my Aunt works for a collection agency and if you request a letter with the debt information on it they have to send it to you. They also cannot be intimidating or rude.
I am contacting the FCC and the FTC, I may also contact the police, this is harrassment!!
Please do not give them your money, they are intimidating but I truly believe this to be a scam!!!- Caller: Regent, Mr. Hinkley

- Joan G| 1 replyTried calling the number, but recvd a recording "users mailbox cannot accept any more messages". I reported to DO NOT CALL, and will report anywhere else I can. Call states "This is the office of Mr. Hemley today is November 16, 2010 a business matter of yours has been transmitted to my office not only has my office but my representatives have given you several chances to contact me at 18774811141 and you have neglected or negated to correspond with me on nearly every instance if you fail to contact my office at 18774811141 today november 16, 2010 by 6:00 pm CST then a decision will have to be made without your input. It would be recommended we utilize your input before this decision is made but again your input is not required just recommended ask to speak to mr. Hemley or his administrative assistant at 18774811141 we look forward to your prompt attention to this matter today." All this is said with much emphasis on many of the words. I can forward you the message if you would like to hear, thanks Joan
- patCalled me and left a demanding message on my cell...I didn't call them back and don't plan too
Like everyone else her I owe nothing. Sounds like a scam. No names were mentioned. - HLAWIThis automated message that was left on my VM just SOUNDS like a scam right from the voice of "Mr. Henley"....terrible cheesy acting!! I don't owe anyone anything so it is funny how they would contact me and not even use my name! It just doesn't seem right...one poster said the "Manager" wouldn't give her heir name, laughed and called her pathetic at requesting a mailed letter. I work for a loan company and do collections, and if you have spoke with anyone you owed money to before they almost always stay calm, know your info 'when' calling you and definitely don't put you down and/or insult you.
SCAM..Do not give them any personal info.- Caller: unknown

- trishaaMr Henley threatens me that a decision will be made unless I call him. No company or other information is given. What a crock!
