I got this message. I dont owe anyone money so I called back. They were looking for someone I have never heard of. I told them to remove my name and they said they would.

I've been getting the same calls, they had been calling my parents house and were extremely rude to them.  I have no idea what they want and don't really care with the way they act either.

These people call you and tell you the they didn't close an account out properly and now you are responsible for any charges made.Crock

I too have been receiving calls from various different numbers that all come back to Mr. Bougart or Mr. Henley and must return their calls before 6:00 p.m.
Or else they will take further action. But I also asked for some kind of proof that there is indeed a debt out there against my husband, who is deployed overseas serving for our country....When I asked him if we did have this debt he stated no...he personally paid it and gave me the approximate date so I went through bills and guess what it's been paid for 6 years!!!!! When I informed Mr. Bougart of this he called me a liar and they continue to call daily, but today took it one step further they called my father-in law, which he is older and this upset him ...they have really crossed the line and I am turning them in to everyone I can possibly do. And I am calling my lawyer to boot......

We've been getting calls that leave two numbers and different names, but the voice sounds the same.  It is a recorded message either referring to a court matter that has landed in this guy's hands or a letter that needs my input to straighten up some problems.
 We have contacted both the state and federal no-call people and have had some response from the state people who now have this number, 877-481-1141 and 877-591-7654 under investigation.
 I called the first time, but after being put on hold I heard a funny buzzing sound so hung up.  I also spoke with a local law enforcement officer and made sure that the telephone company hadn't billed me for some obscenely large amount for returning the call.
 I hope they catch these people, as we've received four calls within a week, and they seem to be coming more often.

Just got the call but didn't answer because I was not familiar with the number.  The voice mail lasted only 3 seconds.  The caller must have been in a big rush because all he said was "you must call us back!"  I guess these slime balls get paid on call volume.

i received a call from them also and i didnt answer. They left a voicemail saying to call Mr. Whitmore and ask for Marcus when i called. They never said where they were calling from. How do i report numbers?

i had "Mr. Whitmore" call me too, asking for some random person ive never heard of. Did you report it or something?

I keep getting calls from this number, and from a 954 area code number, both apparently from the same company/person.  They left a very non-specific message about me needed to call them to "clarify" a matter and get "answers to a couple" of questions.

I'm not going to call them back, and I'm going to block both numbers via my cell phone carrier, but I want to help others avoid falling victim to these criminals.

I just received a voice mail from a "mr whitmore" I did call back and  was put on hold I immediately hung up. I to do not owe any debts. I have a very good credit record. Is this really a sham and why hasv't anyone shut them down?

LMAO! Just got that call too but evedently Mr.Hensley? hinkie ?bogart? well he is now Mr. Whitmore....Dude! send me a letter! cause I AINT calling you back......

i saved the number in my phone as "dont answer" so when they call i know what to do lol

Received a message from "Marcus Whitmore" asking me to call back but did not acknowledge my name or who the call was for.  Said he couldn't leave any information or details but that he needed to clarify conflicting data/facts.  I don't have any outstanding debt nor am I in collection for anything.  Emphasized that I needed to call back before 6 p.m. CT.

I'm continually getting calls from these creeps. I'm sick to death of it. I DO NOT owe anybody anything. I have 800+ credit rating. Who are these intimadating cretins? Why can't their annoying phone calls and messages be stopped?

I received this very same message sometime this morning on my vm.  Said it was regarding me (no name mentioned) or someone in my household.  Marcus, I am not calling you back.  I will be reporting this to FTC.

Thanks to all of you for the information.  I got a call from this number today and it was from a Mr. Marcus Whitmore but no company name.  I am to call him before 6 PM central time today to "straighten out a series of conflicting facts" I almost called him, but thought I'd check the net first.  Am glad I did as I already have a number of calls from Allied Interstate about a debt that I do not owe and am not calling them, either.  I will call my AG, phone company, BBB, FTC, FCC & maybe even the FBI as this is not only harrassment but as far as I am concerned a  form of domestic terrorism.

I just received a message from this number, by my caller was a Mr Whitmoyer.  Said there were conflicting facts that needed to be validated.

Got one from them today.
Called himself Mr. Whitmore, then said to ask for Marcus.
Wanted a call by 5:00PM CST.
Asking about location information.
Can't leave any details because it is "proprietory data".

Got a voicemail of a recording saying that information could not be left on my answering machine but that I needed to call back to "validate information".

I recieved a call from this number also I don't know who this is but I would like to report it.
