Sorry folks but it would seem we have a scammer out there preying on the Elderly. - d minus replies to dfunny everyone else knows it's a scam, how much did they pay you to lie?
- MB replies to Joan GI received the very same message. They did not say who they were looking for or what company they were trying to collect for. The recording sounded almost comical. I do owe some outstanding debts, but I am certainly not going to respond to a message like that. It certainly seems like a scam.

- ButchMr. Henly just called and left a very hateful and demanding voice mail. I should respond by 6:00 PM or they will take further action, but my input would be helpful in the decision making process.. I called back and just got a voice mail.. They also have called from a number that starts with area code 913... No idea as to why they are calling , but plan on telling them to cease and desist..
- Caller: Mr. Henly

- DonnaLI have been receiving numerous "half" messages on my recorder. All I hear is a threatening message to call Mr. Bogart "or else" at this number.
This morning I called and guess what....my ex-daughter in law who is probably in financial trouble again, had given them my number. They would only tell me that she had a "situation" they needed to find her for.
They promised to remove my number from their call list. If they don't, I'll report them to the BBB and Do-Not-Call.- Caller: Regent Assest Management
- PaulI returned the call to Mr Henley at 877-481-1141 and talked to 'his assistant'. It was a debt collector asking for someone who was a friend of my kids. I haven't seen him since my youngest graduated from high school and I moved away over 8 years ago.

- JMGAbsolute scam, I was told I had an un-closed US Bank Account from 2008 in which I owe over $3000. I've never had that amount in my bank account in my life, let alone having a negative balance of that much.. this fool on the other end "Kane" is his apparent name, told me that the daily interest jumped to 22%. He was pissed I wasn't going to try and settle it right then and there and expected my phone call tomorrow, I apologized for affecting his commissions for that day and said happy holidays.
***They have also been calling my parents land-line and my father's cell phone! The first thing I said was, LOOK KANE, here are the first two things you are going to do, remove these two numbers and if there is one more call to these numbers we are going to have a very serious problem. They were removed immediately before he even said a word beyond, okay. If you get tough with these A$$holes they will give in.- Caller: Regent Asset Management

- MutsieThese people call me on a regular basis. I never answer because of the 877 prefix. Everytime a recorded Mr. Hensly leaves a loud, threatening message. My number is also on the do not call list and I have also reported them to do not call.gov. I have no debt whatsover.
- HollyHello I received an intimidating phone call too. I called it back several times and got this: "Please hold while we connect you". I called back several times and got the same thing, so I decided to wait a couple min. and try again. This time I was contacted with a representative. She was looking for a "Carrie Mason" whom is not me. The lady was nice and took me off their list.
- Caller: Mr. Henley

- KimI, too, have received these calls and am convinced it's a scam. PLEASE report it to the FCC! I just did. The more information they have the easier it will be to stop them. It's easy and quick to report. Here is their website to make it even easier for you:
http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm - Mechanical ManMr. Henley called and left a message stating that he had called 5 times and we had not returned his calles. If we did not respond by 6 PM tonight, then a decision would be made without our input. No mention of the company name or purpose was given, just call this number and with a rough voice and attitude. I looked it up on line and found this web site.
- Evan replies to dIt's a scam d. A scam!
- Diddathese numbers call me daily, and numerous times. early morning, afternoon, or in the evening back to back to back. I've gotten 20 calls from them in one day. but they do not give me any reason to call them, so i don not answer or give them the time a day. i receive VM while they are talking halfway through, or a few already who "mr. henley" office needs my consent on something. they do not give you any reason they are calling on the "matter" or the name of their business. i would strongly say that it is a scam, and phone calls being made overseas, and recorded messages as well. no point in calling them back. i don't owe any money. if you do happen to talk to some one don't give them your info.
- Caller: Mr. Henley's Office

- Holden| 2 replies'Mr. Whitmore' called me today telling me they received conflicting information on another file that had been turned over to them, and that I needed to return their call by 6 pm CST. These idiots have called me for the past month saying that they are going to come to a decision without my input, but they continue to call me.

- ReenieI keep getting robo-calls from this number on my cell phone. It says that they have a very important call for someone in my household. I thought it was a collection call - although I have no outstanding debt. Why don't they just stay on the line and identify themselves? Who in their right mind is going to call them back?
It makes me mad that it is wasting my cell phone minutes. They also leave voice mail. - AnnoyedI've been getting these calls for several months now. They only leave these demanding voice mail messages if my machine answers. Whenever I answer, the caller hangs up. Also, isn't it law that debt collectors have to disclose the company name and that they are trying to collect on a debt?
