I also was approved for a 5000 dollar loan with me. I spoke with Noah Langstion and he was saying the same thing. I need to fax back my license and a paystub then send in my 911.64. Does anybody know if this is a real company??

Wilson Banks called me today to say that the loan would still be available till thanksgiving weekend. Anybody know anything?

DO NOT USE this company.  They are scammed me for over $1000 saying I would be receiving a loan for $5,000.00.  Sent the money and a few days later was contacted and told my loan was denied.  I asked where my money was and said I wanted it back and they told me it was in the hands of the lender.  They would not give me the lender info.  I had a friend look into this and he did a whois report on the website...which gave a different number, that led to a fax machine.  Their webhosting company is in China, probably not going to get anywhere with them.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY...I did! On the day I was to receive the loan, I was told that they needed more money in order for me to get the loan.  I told them to cancel the loan and I wanted my money back!  I will not get my money back until Dec.  THIS IS A BIG/HUGH SCAM!!!!

Hi Everyone:  I contacted the Miamisburg Police Dept in Ohio they went out to 2490 Technical Drive and there is NO company by the name "East Guardian Equity Group" at that address.  They informed me to contact the FBI which I'll be doing ASAP! I need everyone that send them money or they've contact about a loan to get back to me.  Please just place your no. here and I'll call you.  Thanks

I spoke to a person by the name of Wayne Carlson.  He was very polite and seemed to know is stuff.  I did apply on the internet for a loan.  He did tell me I would have to send them 7mths of payments also and if I did that then I wouldn't have any payments due until July of 2010.  The money that you sent in intially would go to the principal of the amount borrowed.  I told him to fax me the documents, but I am going to look into it a little farther to make sure they are ligit.  I could really use the money as well.  I sure do hope that they are ligit.

Please DO NOT send any money to them.  There is NO company by that name in Ohio...I had the Ohio Police Department go their address and there is nothing there!  Also, they've scam several people in Canada.  It's a BIG SCAM!

My friend was considering getting a loan from them to buy a home.  It looked suspicious because she had bad credit and they "guaranteed" a loan without even using the home as collateral - and at prime interest rates, too!  They want "6 months in advance as collateral to be applied to the principal of the loan".  However, if you check the fine print, notice that although they claim to be a "broker" they are listed as "lender", and in term IX titled "Accuracy" it states that "lender has the right to request additional security/collateral..." and "nor shall termination...release any of the collateral..." Good thing she came into our law office before she sent the money.

Kristin you're so right about that!  Please look at the fax number on the fax.  On the documents that was faxed to me they put (*6712125555555) that simply means they did not want you see where the actual fax came from.  I've call the FBI, Western Union, Canadian officials, etc. ALL of the necessary agency to report them and they're going to get caught!

After I fessed up to my boss how i lost the money he lent me until 5 Oclock the next day, I wept tears of joy because he did not fire me .  Phone rings it is PHILLIP DUNMORE(?)" He says the original lender of course backed out ... but they have a invester who is vested $30,000,000 in their company he is going pick up my loan because he doesnt want to have a stain on the companyS reputation as all my corrispondance with them has been truthful,and in fact the first invester breached the contract.According to their Atterney" they NOW want ANOTHER $1540.00 first.This would make my #3 Western Union transfer, Im embarrassed already! The new loan offer is 30,000 @6% 18 pyts upfront Icannot believe i let this man get to the point that he believes i am very much insane ! With great eanest he added that his company will sue the first invester ,,i would be the victim at the trial , And profit greatly .
