I got a call from Wilson Banks telling me that we were approved for 30,000 and had faxed me some paperwork. I had lots of people look it over. We called him back and asked lots of questions and then told him we looked them up and saw everybody had wrote comments about them and he proceeded to tell me that it was somebody's kid fooling around and writing all these comments. So I almost believed him until I talked to Chris and he told me what these people were really about. So I would like to thank you so much Chris, you really saved us from something bad. We have three kiddos so we would have been screwed. Thanks again!!!! And to everyone else watch out they're scams!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RE: East Gaurdian Equity Group Ijust spoke to Wilson Banks He wondered why I called I said I just wanted to hear his voice and check on my refund.He said people have read my comments and it is Hurting buisiness.Apparently they are reading this web site also.Iwant to say even though im waiting for my refund on Dec.7 of $3450.00. IT is now my    duty as a human being to help save other people IF this is truly criminal organized fraud. I am not out to hurt anyone trying to help people like me get funds . This may all be just a misunderstanding on my part Iwill know on Dec7 so, we will continue to gather facts ,as the company is difficult to physically place  SO on behalf of Wilson and the  Gang please reserve judgement until DEC 7 .I may have to eat my words  . hi chris, i got the same call from wilson saying that i was approved for a 7000 loan and like you i gave them a 21 month sec payment. i was also told that i am going to receive my refund on dec. 7th because the lender backed out. and now they are offering me a 14000 dollar loan with 42 months sec payment. do you really think that you and i will get our money back?!

Greetings all!  I posted on page 2 yesterday.  I have since been informed that Mr. Wayne Carlson of East Guardian Equity Group is having their "legal team institute litigation proceedings" against me for slander.  Keep your fingers crossed that they DO! If they do, we can (a) have the Nebraska State Attorney General Jon Bruning (whose office is 20 feet away from mine) on hand to arrest them for violating Nebraska lending laws when they show up for court. But the BEST part is (b); if they do that, I'll know exactly who they are and where they are, and if people are interested, we might consider filing a class action tort lawsuit against them in federal court on behalf of all the people who lost money to them for actual monetary losses, RICO charges (triple damages), and punitive damages.  Anyone interested?  I'll check the posts tomorrow to see if anyone is interested in doing that, and especially if anyone can provide more information as to their exact identity and location. Emails, faxes, phone calls, police department info, etc.; any information that would be helpful in tracking these folks down would be appreciated. And of course, since we are a legitimate law firm, this would be a contingency fee case - that is, you don't pay us anything until and unless we recover your claim.  Post here by tomorrow night if you'd be interested. But since they are apparently monitoring this site now, don't give out personal contact info.  I'll let you know how to contact us.

Oh, one more thing. What extension number do you punch in when the recording picks up after you call the 877 number?  Just wondering how many there are, or whether all these names belong to one person...?

Make sure you (and other people who read this) also file a complaint with your state's attorney general's office, your state's Department of Banking and Finance, the FDIC, the BBB and the Ohio State Attorney General's office as well.  One more thing - also call the IRS. If this organization is running a scam, its unlikely they're paying taxes, and if there is one government agency that is serious about tracking people down, its the IRS. (Remember Al Capone? The govt. could never make any other crimes stick, but the IRS got him on tax evasion...)

i type in 647 WILSON BANKS and when he will not answer i type in 0 for Philip Dunmore. Those are the only two guys i have talked to. im interesting is the court thing.

Please count me in I have lost 3450.00 if they dont pay me my refund DEC.7  as promised .My family has sufferd greatly. Hi everyone!  I'm DEFINITELY interest in the lawsuit!  I think the names that we're given by them are fakes.  There is Linda Saunders, Wilson Bank, Phillip Dunmore, etc. extensions 0, 622, etc.  The Miamisburg police department also have in their possession a check that someone sent to East Guardian Equity...they're in the process of returning that check to the sender.  I've call the FBI and file a complaint...I've called the Canadian authorities and Western Union.  Linda Saunder, I know you're reading this so let me just inform John with whom you called and left a message yesterday saying you've been sick all week...that I've spoken to you everyday this week! East Guardian all WE want is our refund into our account ASAP and that's it!  If this doesn't happen! WE will do EVERYTHING in our powers to see you ALL go to JAIL!  This is AMERICA and don't think we can't find ALL of you!

spoke with a wayne carlson many times, never applied for the loan but said i was approved for $5,000.00. with the first 6 months up front at $820.00 plus change. Deadline was for one week. When I explained that I was unemployed and did receive benefits, he said the lender would give me a couple extra days because I kept him informed. Now I tell the guy I don't and can not come up with $800.00 he explains to me that they can do a hardship loan. I would only have to come up with $500.00 and to still sign the original loan papers and fax back to him. I have no problem contacting him and he has called me several times. Get it, sign the original loan papers saying I'm giving them $800.00, payments start in july 2010,but they will cover the balance in good faith on my part!If I really did get approved for a loan that I DID NOT apply for, just take the up front collateral out and send me the balance. This guy did not even ask for a checking account. The reason they want money up front is because you have no collateral. Took paper work to an official loan officer at a credit union, she said red flags every where. It really does stink. I am unemployed, single mom with a child, having a Birthday in December and 2 weeeks later Christmas. I can't pay the bills with my benefit checks as it is.He thinks the transaction will happen at noon today, Nov. 19,2009. Someone nail these S.O.BS'!!!!!!!

Everything else is automated system. They ask and you have to record your name and than Wayne either picks up or he returns your call. On Nov.18th,2009 at 6:38 he called me as an Unknown #. I only answered because I was waiting on another important call from a legitimate company. I told him we would have to do the transaction today at noon. He said he would notify accounting on standby. As I said above, we MIGHT be able to file a class action lawsuit - but again, we have to know exactly who and where they are (assuming they are even in the United States). I despise those who try to take advantage of people who are already having financial difficulties. I'd very much like to see them held accountable. If - and that's a big IF - we can FIND them, we may very well be able to file a case. Save ALL correspondence - phone messages, caller ID logs, emails, faxes, ESPECIALLY what CAME FROM E.G.E.G. And to whomever has paid them $, keep your copy of the "contract" and copy of receipt or check or money order or whatever from when you sent it.

This is a big scam I sent the security deposit also than told it wasnt enough money and they needed more of course I didn't have any more so they said I would get a refund on Dec 11 but I am not counting on it I've done some research and I cant find where this is an actually business the address on the paperwork is an empty building for rent.

Approved for a loan Linda Saunders took all of my information told me where to send security deposit after I sent the deposit and was waiting for the funds to be put in my bank account I got a call from Philip Dunmore who said they could not do the loan unless I sent more money I said I couldn't do that and that I needed a refund he said the money would be available Dec 11th.
