- Cass replies to JodiJodi: I just can't believe we ALL fell for this! But want I find even more troubling is that they're still answering their phones and still calling people to try to make deals! What I also found out is that the names of the people we're sending this money to in Canada is NOT the same. So it's obvious that there is several people involve in this "SCAM"! Everyone PLEASE keep in touch with Kristin we've to come together as a GROUP for this to work! East Guardian Equity ALL we want is our money back! Start making some deposits!

- Arlene Groh replies to Cass| 1 replyI recently applied for a $10,000 loan with having to send in 15 months payments towards the principal to act to buy insurance to cover the loan .. I was told the funds would be transferred into my account the next day; only to never receive them. I then contacted a Philip Dunmore who said this company breached their contract and they are going to have their legal attornies pursue this matter In the meantime, they found me another lender thru William Norton, who is a Tier 1 investor for $20,000 who I am assured will be able to honor this loan. However, I now need to send in an addtional $1445 to cover the insurance policy for this loan. Is this company legit? This Phillip Dunmore sure seems to know his laws, etc. He said if I decline this offer, they would issue my initial deposit back. What do you know about this company? Thank you.
- Arlene replies to DavidI also am attempting to get a $20,000 loan which Philip Dunmore definitely said would be approved. What kind of info do you have on this company? Please also call me at 610-295-2718
- elle replies to Chris Chmielewskiso who are we all planning on contacting and reporting this matter to? i agree we all need to go in this together to be heard. i want to file a complaint but i don't want it to just be ignored. who did everyone file a complaint with exactly?
- elle| 1 replyi received a call from and unknown number and i picked up because i was expecting a call. i so wish i would have never picked up. Wilson Banks and Philip Dunmore scammed me out of 2300 dollars. looking back at it now (only a couple days later) i knew that there were things that just didn't seem right but in my mind i found a way to justify them because i needed the money! Trust me...it is NOT worth it! I was told that i would receive my refund check on Dec. 7th, so i hope Wilson Banks and Philip Dunmore pull through. keeping my fingers crossed but i might as well consider this my fourth wish from a genie!

- Arlene replies to Chris Chmielewski| 1 replyThis sounds so familiar .. I spoke with Phillip Dunmore today who also tells me their attornies will be contacting me early next week as the original lender never provided the funds and I would benefit from any lawsuit. Does this sound familiar? Did you have to send more money than to the attorneys? Did you ever get your loan? Please let me know asap.

- Cass replies to elleElle you MUST go to your local police station with your Western Union wire receipt and paperwork and file a complaint. You should also notify the FBI and IRS. Please look at other respond here! Thanks
- Kristin| 1 replyinfoforkristinreloanscam@gmail.com
This is the email I set up. I did get a couple of responses that came through, but they were really early this morning. Maybe it took them a day or so to get it activated? At any rate, if people are still having problems sending email there, I'll put up my regular one. I just figured it was easier to have a dedicated email solely for this issue.
To be clear, there is no case as of yet, and neither I nor the attorneys I work for do not represent anyone as of yet. I spoke with one of those attorneys last night; he told me to get as much information as possible and we will see whether anything can be done (and the first requirement is to FIND these people) and if so, he has agreed to look into working with me to file a class action lawsuit.
Please contact me again on the above email, I will check it each day and respond to all. Again, let me know if you can't get through to that email.

1) Your state's Attorney General's office
2) The Ohio State's Attorney General's office
3) The FDIC
4) The BBB
5) Ripoff Report (online)
6) Your state's department of banking and finance
7) Federal Trade Commission
8) FBI
9) IRS (DEFINITELY - that entity is VERY interested in people who are getting by tax-free, and that's one group that aggressively goes to find tax-dodgers) Now, the EGEG may be paying taxes for all I know, but i would hazard that the odds are that people who do not gain money legitimately probably do not pay taxes on it.)
Above all, no matter what you do, KEEP everything - don't delete emails (sometimes they can be traced that way). The phone company might be able to help with where those calls came from and who is registered to that 877 number. I also wonder if the "contract" you people got from EGEG is the same one as everyone got. Did they snail mail you anything? Check the postal information on the envelope. Things like that may help us figure out who and where they are. Don't erase your call log, and keep phone messages.
