Just received a call from this number but I didn't bother answering.

claimed to be doing surveys from some company called select health .. dont know if he was for real or not so  i just hung up.

Speaks so fast, I can't understand what they're saying. Something about, "Calling on behalf of the health offices of Kelly Keller" or close. Spam. Aggravating, they call my office at least twice a day!

I missed this call. Called the number back and automated recording, "Thank-you for calling S Pate Analetics. For assistance in English, please press. . " I hung up. Not sure if she was saying S Pate Analetics, or S Kate Analetics? Doesn't matter, I guess.

I answered the call this afternoon and it is SPH Analetics for Harvard Pilgrim Insurance Company. They were doing a survey for Harvard Pilgrim, asking me questions about various aspects of my insurance and Health Coach. The woman was patient and kind and it only took about 15 minutes of my time. I love Harvard Pilgrim and my health coach, so it was awesome to be able to give them feedback!

These people are violating the law!  The CEO and ALL managers should be put in jail!.....or does anyone care anymore that companies engage in illegal activity.....

How are they violating the law? This company is called "SPH Analytics" and is contracted on behalf of health plans to administer satisfaction surveys. Most of these surveys are required by law for the health plans to conduct. All surveys are completely voluntary, and they are not selling anything, nor do they ever ask for any of your personal information (i.e. social security number, etc).

They call at least once a day.?

Called twice.  I don't know they are.  The caller knew my husband first name.  Scary.  I talk to my husband and he told me he pick up the phone on the first call.  Talked to a man, but another call came through and my husband hit the wrong button to put the man on hold, so he lost him.  The man called again at dinner time.  Didn't answer.  He was requesting my husband by name.  My seems to want to talk to this man, what for I do not know.
I will inform you the information after my husband talks to him, probably tomorrow.

Called me at 352 PM today.  If they're really legit, why are they ashamed to let us know who they are?  I've never heard of SPH Analytics or Harvard Pilgrim.  Sounds racist to me -- do they only insure descendents of folks who came here on the Mayflower?  We are a diverse country, and this name is entirely inappropriate.

What?  If you can make something racist out of Harvard Pilgrim you have a real problem.  But at least your screen name describes you to a capital T.

Caller said she was calling "on behalf" of CDPHP - my health insurance carrier.  Roughly 5 minutes of survey regarding my last interaction with a CDPHP on the phone.  Dumb questions, requiring "very satisfied," "satisfied," "unsatisfied," and "VERY unsatisfied."  Just a window dressing survey for a big insurer.  They can legally call because it is a "survey."  I'm still waiting for another IRS call.  Love those.  :-)

Said they were from welmark insurance doing a survey on behavioral health. 5th call in 6 days. Told them 3 times I did not want to do survey. Kept calling back. I called welmark to complain they do not know who these people are
