Apparently SPH Analytics Monitors their number on this site And responds trolling posters. Yes, I must have received calls also. I haven't answered yet. But, I see they have called multiple times.

You and your lame scam artist company are violating the law because people don't wanna be hounded all day long by your annoying phone calls. You guys act like a jealous ex-girlfriend with the amount phone calls we get from you scum bags. GOT GET A LIFE

This scam artist pretending to be a legitimate company also uses the number 561-225-2264 by spoofing caller ID.

They called every day on my cell phone but when I pick up the phone then they hang up!

They asked for my son, who is a minor.  When I stated this several times, they said never mind.

You should give feedback to the  company directly. Not someone who claims to be doing a survey for them. The call id does not even match with who they say they are

Scam company violating the law. Funny that one of their "employees," the poster here calling him/herself "An Employee of SPH Analytics" is disputing that. It is a violation of the law to call numbers on the DNC list. It is a violation of the law to make this type of robocall in the state you called to reach me. You, SPH Analytics, are breaking the law. I have not done business with you and have no relationship with you. You have no right to call. By doing so you break the law. By making a snarky reply to a poster here you show the caliber of your employees, AKA vile!! Do not answer calls from 877-499-2538.  Stop invading our privacy, SPH Scam Analytics.

Someone asking for my mother, then wanting me to give them updated information so they could do this survey about medicare. They even said her name, and her name isn't a typical name. I told them that there is so much fraud going on and that I didn't believe her.

Just started receiving annoying calls.  I never answer. Web show it’s a real company.  Not sure if it’s one of their lines.

Lengthy 2:20 message left on my voicemail. There was a male voice speaking a different language on the other end of the line, but it wasn't directed towards the phone. Some random shuffling, computer typing, and call center voices in the background. I'm glad I didn't answer.

I found out that if you receive spam call you can call your phone service provider (for example I called the customer service number associated with the new phone I purchased and they removed me from their spam call list!) Just call them and they will remove you. I very seldom receive spam calls after fixing it with them.

What "spam call list" are you referring to? Where did you find out about it?
