This is an outrage, and against the law. They call repeatedly, after 7:00 in the evening, and attempt to get information that they will then use against you if you ever attempt to actually USE your Harvard Pilgrim Insurance. They have no right to invade your privacy, and the fact that you're stupid enough to agree to it doesn't alter that. Thanks for being a sheep!

Before you call anyone else "stupid", learn the law.  Phone calls can be made from 8 AM until 9PM.  Why are you criticizing   a post from 18 months ago?

CID said SPH Analytics, I ans phone thinking it was for my Hospital appt and they wanted to speak to xxxxx I said which one?  no ans I said 1 is deceased and the other is a Jr WELLLLLLLLL the BIT__ hung up on me.

Then don't call us everyday! You've started in on me now and my phone number is on the Do Not Call registry. That means, DO NOT CALL me.

Surveys are exempt from the DNC list, which is for  telemarketers only. Try a call blocker if you get many unwanted calls.

This company is violating hippa rules . They have no business  asking about my health or about my mental state or if I have seen a psychologist for treatment of a mental disorder . Don't waste your time with these people their questions are a invasion of your privacy .

Said they were total Health care and wanted to verify my birthdate and other information....I asked if I could call back to make sure it was legit...said it would only take 2 minutes of my time...hung up and checked out this number online

Some creep kept asking for my son's name over and over and over- using this phone number. It's just another of many scam services hired by rich bums who are bored and harass people. I'm going to call the cops about it, just so they stay aware that my whole family's being harassed by a hidden sicko. The cops never do much about it but keeping them aware keeps us safe.

Called cops- they said don't give these guys any info., just hang up on them.
