Well guys they have a new one now Denise Payne called my job and my cell stating they have a motion to suspend my driver's license. They have lost their minds. I am a great citizen and I don't go around doing illegal things so they don't even have reason to call themselves suspending my license. BEWARE of the new Fluke.

I also just got a call today from a MR.Alex Turner saying that on monday this compay was going to send paperwork to my HR dept for a wage garnished.I have never done any payday loan for the amount this man was stating. He of course could give me any details regarding the case. Which I thought was very odd considering very company holds a very detail file of accounts.I am glad to see I am not the only one that has gotten a call.

They can't ask you for any money without providing proof.  They would have mailed you multiple notices before resorting to wage garnishment if they were a legitimate company.  "Jim Schwartz" called me from (630)486-1900 ext 255 claiming that there was a debt to 'sonic cash.'  The company he claims to work for is PDLR but when you call the (877)601-5871 there is no options to reach any of the employees and they just require you to leave a message.  They are a SCAM!! Do NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!  Scam companies like this make me sick, they steal millions of dollars from hard working people every year, DO NOT BECOME ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR VICTIMS.  Always do your research before giving anyone any of your personal information, you can always pull a credit report on yourself and if it is a legitimate debt, it will appear on the report and you will know exactly which company to contact about it.  Again, they will do anything they can to scare you into giving them money, but DO NOT!!

I have received 2 calls from this number in the last 2 weeks. The first time, it took me two or three times to leave messages and finally get a hold of someone. The first lady (I can't remember what her name was) said something about a loan and a wage garnishment if I didn't pay it off or make payment arrangements. She said she would call me in 2 weeks as a reminder/to set up payment arrangements. I got a call yesterday from the same number and I was at work, but the voicemail I received stated that her name was Tina West, and that she has received paperwork stating they are going to suspend my license as well as garnish my wages, but that if I wanted to resolve this matter voluntarily, I needed to call back. By the time I got off of work and got home, I called and left a message, as well as another message this morning trying to get a hold of them. I have YET to receive a phone call in return from them. What is going on here ?

I received a call regarding wage garnishment. When I asked specific questions regarding the creditor requesting the garnishment, I was told that was not their business. They were simply hired to garnish my wages--25% of my monthly income. The more questions I asked regarding the company that hired them, the more runaround I received. Then I was told that I could take care of the debt--to them--prior to notifying my employer. I responded that I would not accept anything other than a written statement from them of such an order. The caller at that time because extremely upset and demanding. I hung up. The person called back leaving a message. I then tried to redial the number and received no response.I have worked with an accountant and we often received requests, by court order, to garnish wages. I think this company (if it exists) is a scam. What further can a consumer do in order to validate the authenticiy of such a call? The last time a I received a call of this type, the persons who called ended up being a news item on CNN as scam artists!!

I received a call today, several in fact stating that this was a wage reassignment or something in that order. Saying that this was different and they don't need to go through the courts in order to take my wages. This is the first I ever heard of this any one else hear anything about this? I told her I am not able to take phone calls at work and to send me all documentation in the mail. We'll see if she continues to call. We keep a log on incoming calls so I have documentation for a harassment charge if it comes down to it. I have contact the one person I owe and they said they haven't turned anything over to anyone collection because I am paying them directly. So, we'll see what happens in a couple of days.

I have received multiple calls from Mrs Scott at work. I asked her today to tell me what company she said " you know like the payday loans you see on TV well they are small and use all sorts of companies to actually give you the money."
Mrs Smith used the names of two of my cell phone contacts that I call on my cell phone ONLY!
How do they get that kind of information???
I am not sending ANY MONEY!

I've never had a payday loan and they keep calling me I told them I notified police. Department and federal trade commission and I then scream in the phone and will call them back and blow a whistle in the phone. Every time they leave a message they get three calls back from me so scream or use a whistle they should get the hint. I think if everyone did this.  They may take you off their list. Beat them at their own games.

Do nothing! Say fbi or your attorney and they should stop. If not cuss then out and tell them to tell it to a judge. Thats worked for me. Trust me they can't do nothing without a judge.

Received a call from Ms. Leopard, same number, but ext 226 that threaten to garnish wages and civil judgement. I was told that I owed $400. I requested documentation, but of course was told nothing could be provided.  I informed Ms. Leopard until documentation can be provided and presented to my attorney there was no need to discuss further.  She stated she would move forward with claim going to court.  I said do what you will and I will contact my attorney, then I hung up.

Oh left out one big detail, initial when I called an asked the name of the company, the lady responded she's just an answering service, but what extension can she connect me to.  I did called back three times but no one answered.  I want to let them know my attorney has contacted the police and FBI.

I got a call at work august 23rd, 2012 stating that they were the PDLR group., so i called them today (8-24) and they lady said that she was just the messenger but her supervisor would tell me. well he got on he said that this is from E-Z payday loan it was an old account. well i told them to send me the information stating on when it was done and all the other information. he told me that he cannot do that because they didnot give it to him that because it was an old account that they did not send it. then he said that it was for 1200.00 and if i did not pay it then they will start garninshment and if no job they would suspend my driver's license according to my state law. and i had 24 hrs before they started the process. he tried to do a settlement at a lower price i told him i did not have it that payments would have to be made and he said no that i would have to give them the whole thing, i asked him how would i send them the money and he want the credit or debit info. so i told them to do what they had to do but i think it is a con.

These people are relentless; they call twice a week starting at 8 a.m. until 9 p.m.. Anytime I spoken to them they threaten garnishment, loss of my job, and even mention jail. Told them to send me documentation regarding this payday loan, amount, Loan Co., and when it was originated. I even went further and told them that I would like to know the name of their Supervisor and to speak directly to this individual. I was told they could not provide that information, and when I told them they would receive nothing from me until this information was provided. Then they asked why and I simply replied " I need to this information so that I can take it to my attorney to see what we could to shut such cut throats out of business"....of course they cursed and hung up. Odd though because I have a number, internet search engine, and ext. to make enough inquiries to find these punks. Until something comes in the mail in writing with a court seal they are in for a rude awakening.
