I received a message from Ms gilmore 5/7/12 stating I had a civil judgement.  I called, she said it was a payday loan.  I did not owe it and I looked at my bank statements and there was nothing.  She has all of my information, DL #, SS# and Bank Account info.  What do I do?  now they won't answer their phone since i told them I knew who the company was that I paid off last year!!!!!

I just called ms. gilmore back, they answered, and I told her I was going to get a lawyer that I knew they were a fraudulent company and she denied it and said no they weren't blah blah, and finally hung up on me.  I don't know what to do.  How did they get my info????? GGRRRARRGGHHHH

Stop calling my number and leave me the **** alone.

I received a call from a Mrs. Hardy saying she was trying to stop a wage garnishment but would no tleave any other details and when you call back they do not even say a company name the just say"can I help you?" That does not seem legal, so I am not sure why they are harassing people, but I think something needs to be done about these fraudulent companies. It is awful that people will try to scam others out of their hard earned money. I have never had a payday loan so I am not sure why they have my info or where they got it from.

I have received calls at home and on my cell, I have repeatedly stated I have never had a payday loan, they become abusive and threatening, the names I got were Lisa Perkins and Miss. Mcgarry.And i also was threatened with garnishment.

I got the exact same call....I told him that I was aware that payday loans are illegal in my state...(CT) and that I had already contacted my AG and the FTC.  I am just wondering what the out come of ignoring these calls has been for every one....as much as I am sure it is a scam I am still terrified of having my wages garnished.

I  just  received  a  call  saying  that  I  owe  388.00  and  if  I  do  not  give  them  my  VISA  number,  my  wages  will  be  garnished.

my husband got a call at work about a payday loan stating the amount was around $1300.00 but if
we paid 300$ today he wouldnt get a garnishment...thanks for all the other input,its very helpful,,,sorry to say there are so many scammers out there!

I was just speaking with a Man by the name of Jason Locke same number of everyone else...18776015871 his ext is 241. I kept calling just to ask questions and he seemed frustrated by my questions. I told him that i had information regarding my bank statements, and that my lawyer has contacted the attorney generals office, the better business bureau and the police. I let him know that I am fully aware that I would need to go to court in order for my wages to be garnished. He finally told me that my phone was breaking up and to call back later.

I got a phone call from a Mrs. Hardy at 877-601-5871 who called me at work and on my cell phone and left a msg. saying I owe them money from a past loan with Net Long USA which I never heard of. Funny because same day I called her back I also got another call from another scam person with cash advance usa saying I also owe them. When is this all going to stop, enough is enough. these people are rude and have no business calling us at work and threatning us with garnishing our wages and taking us to court. Someone needs to be able to find them and put them away for good.

I recieved a phone call last Friday from a Mrs. Hardy. Sounded like a Mr. If u ask me. Claiming I owe on a payday loan that I have no knowledge of. They were trying to get into my old checking account unsuccessfully. Also this woman claims to threaten to suspend my drivers license. I know this is a scam because u cannot lose ur license over a payday loan. They claim to have mailed me reference numbers but I never recieved anything. Well I'm not paying nothing to these crooks.

Been recieving phone calls from PLRG, spoke to Micheal Clark said I owed 460.00 on a payday loan I applied for. The money was sent to my for deposit but it never went there. After asking alot of questions towards the guy, he kept a level tone in the beginning but after I started asking more questions about the company and stating that after I reciece paperwork in the mail I will send any money. Mr Clark said he can email me the information. Gee, what a suprise. I said an email will not suffice I need paperwork. He claimed to be a mediator for Payday One and that PLRG is a legal company, to which I replied that if they were a legal company then they would know that to serve any legal information has to be on paper before it can go to court. To which he started getting irritated and rude. After more questioning about him and the company I said the whole converstion sounds like a scam, he replied that he didn't care how it sounded but to call them back. Yeah I don't think so. Good luck everyone. Just ask as much information about them and the company and with luck they will be the first to hang up. :D

Scam, scam, scam,scam....scum

Just got a call from Ms. Lepard who said they would contact my payroll department for payment.  She told me that I had to call 877-601-5871 ext. 262 and gave me a reference number...I did not take out any payday loans....total scam....

JEN Got a call from Ms Mitchell at 630 486 1900 ext 242 and said that garnishment papers are on her desk. she told me to call back at this number 877 601 5871. in Jan 2012 i got a call from a Mr Garza at the 630 #. total scam and i will let her know when i call her back. she also gave me a case # 509812. when you call the 877 # its states they are paydayloan recovery and use to be EAW. Oh well, she will regret calling me when i get ahold of her. its bad enough we have foreigns calling us with this crap and now we have american sounding folks. bs!! someone has to close these folks down for good.

Called back today and Mitchell was not in(surprise) and I told them I have never had a loan with united cash and the two others they say I owe for. Called United Cash and they know about the scam, but they say they cannot do anything about it. The other 2 they say I owe are advance cash and cash advance. When I told the lady that I never heard of any of these, she told me ok and was going to send them back to the 3 payday loan companies and tell them I refuse to pay. I then blew my cool and said "no im not refusing to pay" I have never had a loan with them. She then said oh that is what I am going to tell them. What idiots!! This lady was really passive and did not like me yelling, so now we will see what happens.

I just got a call on my cell about a possible wage assignment.phoned back 877-601-5871 a Mrs scott or mitchell got on the phone after holding a few times. claims to have sent me information in the mail already.informed her i didn't get it.after some talking-refused to send it certified to me.Also said it was a wage assignment-not wage garnishment.States I owe 1500.oo dollars from a payday company called cash cow.very vague on any information.told her i tape recorded the conversation so i could inform the state attorney general for new jersey.just went on and on not making any sense and not providing any information.offered to send me information via email but i refused.she wouldn't give me her email or contact information.i can't get over how stupid these people are.
