- karlab replies to andyMe too. I don't care if its a scam or just Sprint...I'm not gonna take the change while I'm driving to answer that number.
The internet is a lovely thing - not a foolScammer (called herself Jessica Morgen) called from this number asking for my Sprint account pin number. I asked her why she was calling, and if there was a problem with my account. She said there was no problem, but she needed my pin to ask me how I liked my sprint plan. (Ha!) I called her out and said I couldn't give her my information unless i could verify who she was and to please send a letter. She hung up. Called Sprint and they verified no one from Sprint had called me. Scam. Don't fall for it.
- DeezI’m pretty sure this is a phishing scam. DO NOT GIVE YOUR PIN!! They called you, so why would they need your PIN? Don’t be fooled! I called Sprint and they said they never ask for your pin on sales calls.
- Rae JonesAnnoying phone calls tthat won't quit.
- Add to ContactI received a few of these calls within the past week, I did not answer. I added the number to my contacts and set the number to go right to my voice mail so it won't ring.

- TomI just got a call from this number and told the girl I was at work and didn't have time to talk. That went in one ear and out the other....she continued to talk telling me she would just take a few minutes of my time. She kept asking questions whether I was happy with my plan and I again told her that I was at work and didn't have time to talk. That didn't matter, she continued to talk and let me know that she'd said before that she'd only take a few minutes of my time. I told her I'd told her twice that I didn't have time for this and hung up. Geeeezzzzzzzz, I could hardly understand her as well. BE CAUTIONS ABOUT THIS NUMBER!!!!!

- jackie.e replies to Tomas| 3 repliesGrrr....if I don't recognize the number I simply do not answer the call and if they don't leave a message that is a big red flag. I will admit it is annoying when you are on a no call list and still get unknown calls and I wish there was a way to slap them in the face.
- MikeI sleep during the day and work at night, so these unsolicited calls during the day from Sprint/Nextel are very annoying.
I wish I had the callers home phone number, then I would call them in the middle of the night asking if they would stop calling me when I am trying to sleep.
I wouldn't say they are like drug dealers, they are trying to make a living, and that's the way it is these days. Our society is fubar'd.- Caller: Sprint/Nextel
- Bill MichelSomeone called me from this number today 3/10/2010 at 11:16am HST. Did not leave a message.
- anonymousI think it's a scam. THEY call ME and ask me to give my PIN # for security reasons. That's a red flag right there! And a ton of noise in the background. Red flag! Think before you give your information out folks.
- EsquireoneThis number keeps calling every day with no message.
- BeaI have just gotten a call from this number for the first time but I have gotten calls from numbers that start with 877 before. This is very annoying. They never leave messages.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Don't call me again!!!I get calls from this number every week since I upgraded to a new phone. They say they're from Sprint but when asked what phone I'm using, they always get it wrong. I called Sprint to complain & ask them what phone I'm using, they new right away. The Sprint Tech Support gentleman told me to ask them what their ELID number is. If they are from Sprint, they should have one. Then I would call Sprint back & give them that number. I hate SCAMMERS.

- At WorkFirst time this number has called me. Very very poor connection (first clue). Said she was with Sprint and told me this conversation was being recorded. Called me by first and last name and wanted to know if they could up date my plan. Confirmed the number of lines that I had and want to know what my relationship was to each person (last clue)! I told them Sprint has that information and that if it was OK with them....I'm terminating this phone call and hung up! BEWARE! It sounded Phishy from the beginning.

- Libby| 3 repliesA lot of you people are jerks. Relax, comment & take a goddamn nap.
- Rae replies to Libby| 1 replyI totally agree! Get over it people, comparing a drug dealer to a telemarketer is absolutely ridiculous! I'm sure whatever job you do (or don't do for those of you who like to make yourselves feel better for not having a job) irritates other people as well. I think the garbage men are irritating when they wake me up at 4 am, I think its annoying when the UPS guy bangs on my door like its doomsday and scares me half to death, it drives me nuts when the starbucks lady screams in my ear "How are you today!!!", I cannot stand the grocery clerk that talks to her neighbor while she's supposed to be ringing up my groceries, the snotty banker that half listens to what I am saying while she examines her nails is irritating, etc. etc. Nobody is perfect, and most of the time what these people do is their job, what they use to keep a roof over their head and feed their families;I get irritated and then I MOVE ON, try it people!
- sprintman replies to Jamie| 22 repliesHonestly we all need to work, and it was probably ME who called your house last month at 8:00pm to try to sell you another phone for $ 9.95 a month to add onto your plan. But I seem to think it could be you unless your voice is kinda high and you sound like a woman...Maybe it was your girlfriend and I think she did ask me for a hug... So Jamie How is your Family.
And Thanks for choosing Sprint!
Sprintman - Mary| 2 repliesJust got a call a moment ago. When I answered, there was a long pause and then it disconnected.
