called me at 3:15 pm with no message.  Called back - Sprint automated telemarketing.

this number calls me every day at least 5 times a day!! If it really is Sprint, I am definatly going to call them and tell them to quit calling..they call at the oddest times too..I mean, what company calls people in the middle of the night?? crazy..

Received a call from 877-671-1851 at 10:15 CST.  Did not pick up as I did not recognize the number.  Seeing the previous comments, I recall this same problem occuring to me last month.  I contacted Sprint and they told me that within a week I would not be contacted again if I did not desire it.  Apparently that doesnt work.

It was Sprint trying to sell me an additional line of service.

I called them back, it is nextel/sprint calling about promotions.

Got a call now, girl was pretty nice she offered a free camera phone if i change my plan. asked for my password, i asked her to tell me all the info they have on me, she gave me my bills my address and my phone type so sounds legit.

i told her that im not intrested and she took it well ;)

Just got a call from this number and discovered this site when I did a google search on the number. It was at 2:05 p.m. on the West Coast. I didn't answer the phone and no message was left.

Can anybody confirm whether the post that was left by Jen Regas up above is legit? I didn't know that as of March 7, telemarketers get access to cell numbers. I'd like to call the number she listed (1-888-382-1222) from my cell number to block acces but I'm hestiant to do so in case her message isn't legit. Has anyone called that number? Thanks in advance.

They used to call me every night between 11pm and 12am for about 2 weeks! The calls stopped for a few months and now I just got another one. If I get another one within the next few days I'm gonna have to have some fun with Sprint.

I picked up and said 'hello'.  I only say it once to avoid computer calls.  No one ever answered.

Got a call from 877-671-1851. Answered and sme guy said "hello" and the line was dropped.

If it is from Sprint, I have already reported them to my (CA) State Attorney Generals office for unwanted telemarketing calls from one of their other 800 numbers, and after almost a month the calls stopped.  Now that it is starting up again from a different Sprint telemarketing number, I am really annoyed.

I have been called by this number for the last 2 days. I think its probably a telemarketer!

1:37 PM on a Saturday afternoon - no message.  I do not answer calls from "unknown" numbers.  The whole point of "Caller ID" don't you think?  

I'm surprised they did'nt call during the week to use my minutes.  I also get text msgs from them

I got a call from 877-671-1851 on 03/09/2007 approx 12:00pm MST. Like everyone else I did not get a chance to answer it.  I called it back and it was Sprint automated message trying to sell me an extra line or other services.  There was 2 options 5 to have a Sales Rep contact you or option 6 to Stop and have not one contact me.  I selected option 6.  All today today 03/10/2007 I was wondering if it was a scam were you were really calling another number that was routed some where else. They say if you get calls from certin area codes that you were not supposed to call. I checked my usage to make sure none of this happened. Concerned Sprint User

I've been getting calls about twice a day for 10 days.  If we let it ring no message.  If we answer after about 20 seconds they hang up. Most calls are at about 9:30 a.m.(CST) and about 8:30 p.m. (CST).

Gotten a number of calls from them over the past month.  Finally picked up today, nobody there, 2 seconds of silence, then a dead line.

I keep getting calls from this number.  I answered once, heard nobody for 5 secs, then hung up.  They keep calling daily.

unwanted caller

Same old...same old... get call, no one there. Call back, line is always busy. I am on the "no call" list and I STILL get calls. It is an inconvenience to say the least. Anyone have an answer? I've done all I know to do.

Just talked with Sprint Customer Service. I requested and they removed for telemarketing call(theirs included).It took a few minutes, but well worth the time taken.
