Well, you could easily solve it with a certified, return receipt "not me" letter to Citibank.

Says it's CitiBank calling. I don't have CitiBank. SUSPECT FRAUD

Robocall on a Sunday. Just repeated the phone number and as it started to give a little menu, it cut off. I've checked my CitiBank account and all is well.

I too received calls from this number many times saying there was problems with my CitiCard Costco.  I call both places and the both representative said no on called.  I have reported and block this number.  I am still getting calls from them  🙄

Called like 3 times a day the first time them almost once everyday and they even somehow manage to email me demanding payment to my Costco Credit Card and to set up auto pay. I know they're scammers because I always pay my balance on time and I don't do a lot of Costco purchases. Wonder where to report this scammers aside from blocking their call the next time.

As I write this lines there is a Pandemic killing thousands of people, and we have love ones in the  E R . This scum bags take the time to try to steal your information, this criminals should go to jail, I believe there must be a special plac e for them in hell.

Received a call from this number stating there was a problem with my CITI COSTCO account. The caller demanded I return her call at once. I realized it was a scam call and hung up the phone.

Today, 7;05pm, says it’s Citibank for Costco recording.  I hung up.  My card was paid off.
Seems the COVID19 virus is bringing scammers out of the woodwork.

TOTALLY AGREE!   COVID19 IS BRINGING THE WORMS OUT OF THE WOODWORK!

The "worms" have been around for a lot longer than the virus has.

Received a call identified only as 800 caller.  Message was that it was about my Costco Citibank account. Said payment was overdue.  Wanted me to give my bank account number to make payment.  Hung up.  Spent a couple of hours trying to get thru to Citibank customer service to check if they'd called, and see if my account was okay.  Finally got thru.  First time, they said that we'd missed a payment (which we never do), so I told them we'd received an email the day before showing our current balance and date due, which was not for several weeks yet, with no indication of any past due amount.  Deaf ear.  Hung up and called again.  Next person to answer did not identify himself, just "Hello," and sounded like he was in one of those mass calling centers.  I hung up.  Tried again the next day. They weren't interested in hearing about the call from this number, and could not tell me whether it was one they called from.  How can I report it to them, when they don't care!?

repeated calls on my landline.  Caller Id shows as Not provided. I do not answer such calls.  Sometimes it does not leave a message sometimes there is an incomplete message starting with "account" coming from an ominous female voice and the instruction to press # to pay...

Oh yes they do make calls. Costco Citicard makes one call after the other, early in the morning, on Sundays, and then they text. Yes, my payment is late and there is NO COVID-19 grace period or even a day to get a payment together without them calling ad nauseum. Their aggressive tactics have landed them last on my pay list.

Call was from citibank telling me I had missed a payment.  It was real.

January 31,2021, Sunday morning got the call. This is not Cti bank calling.  Do not answer this call as it is a scam. A few weeks ago I got a call saying it was Citi bank calling about a Home Depot account. I have no Home Depot account!!

Husband answered phone call when I was not at home...caller asked for his date of birth and my husband provided this...!

I received this call last year from 877-689-8870 - and now again a year later. They left several calls on VM that make it difficult to get out of the loop. This time they mention trying to check your account at www.citycards.com  - that is not a valid website. Last time they pestered for a long time on VM
