Hang up calls.  Called them back and machine answered "Credit Card Services", then you got a decision tree, and "all available operators are busy....."

We have been receiving calls from Credit Call Services for months, multiple time per day.  We have no accounts with US Bank, and have asked them every time they call to remove us from their calling list.  I googled the number today and found this website.  Today the caller stated that our number was marked for deletion, but they called anyway.  When my husband asked to speak with a supervisor, the caller became rude and hung up.  My husband called the number back and demanded that our number be removed from their calling list.  Then I filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry, and from now on every time they call us we are going to file a complaint.  If everyone who is being harrassed by this company files a complaint EVERY TIME they call, maybe we can get them stopped?????

I have a US Bank Visa and it's in good standing, no payments due.  I have no idea why they're calling me, but I'm pretty much ready to dump US Bank anyway because they suck out loud all-around.  Doesn't surprise me that they'd be hassling people who don't even have accounts with them.  US Bank's incompetence knows no limit.  This kind of ridiculous behavior just sealed the deal, we're closing all our accounts with them and switching to a credit union.

This number is to the credit card COLLECTION department.  They must have a reason for calling.

Nice site, hopefully we can all stand up to these Jerks by filling complaints with the FCC.  They have a pretty simple on-line compliant system to stop people from being harassed for no reason.  Never give anyone personal information over the phone unless you call someone first.

I received a call from 877-38-4347, on a Saturday, when I looked at caller ID, Unknown name, but I did see a number. A lady called Andria, told me she was from US Bank and was checking my acct, and wanted to check my account number. I told her, NO Name on caller Id, have a good day, then called US Bank.  They knew nothing about the call or number, and told me I did the right thing.  Don't ever give any info over the phone, always go to the Bank.

called 4 times today, twice on my mobile and twice at work. one time they called was an automated message saying that they were 'card services with an important message' and put me on hold. i hung up, i don't like computers calling me and placing me on hold. the other three times there was no answer on the other end when they called, the line was dead silent. not sure how anyone got my work number, i don't give it out.

a few people mentioned this was us bank; this would make sense, as i have two credit cards through us bank. however, one has a zero balance and the other i have made multiple payments on in the last month.

US Bank is calling at my place of business a dozen times a day. They never say anything just dead air and then they hang up. We have called them twice now and told them not to call this number any more yet they keep doing it over and over again. I do have an account with them and am past due but I do not want them to call me at work. They have my home number they can deal with me at home.

Called twice today. On the second time I was able to pick up but it was for someone I've never even heard of. From what I've read it kinda sounds like a scam.... or just a  bad debt collector?

On caller ID as "Toll Free".  They never leave a voicemail.
I do not answer any telephone call that I do not recognize as legit.
After reading previous posts, I am a bit puzzled. I have an acct with USBank, but certainly do not owe them anything. I haven't ever activated the account.
I agree with a previous message in which the person postulates that they are compiling "good numbers" for marketing. Disgusting.

Meant to say- I have a regular banking acct with USBank but have never activated the credit card that was sent  when I opened the checking and savings accounts.
So certainly,  I do not owe them for the CC.

I got a call from them 15 minutes ago.  The guy yelled out me when I told them that I'd make a payment online instead of over the phone, despite the late fee.  He continued to raise his voice and kept trying to get me to make a payment and kept trying to get my address.

I called the 800 number back but they wanted to know my SSN or CC number to find out the specific person.  I called customer service for US Bank and they verified that a collection agency did call me.

i would have your number changed. if everything is up to date and zero balance then you dont have to worry about them having your phone number. if they somehow get that number then change it again. eventually they might give up... just make sure your accounts are paid.
