This number calls me at work everyday sometimes 2-3 times a day.  When I answer it, no one replies once I've said "hello" and the call disconnects.

I have never used US Bank, actually I don't think my county even had one. I've always used associated bank and have a bank issued credit card on auto pay. I just received a call from this number with no voicemail. Sounds fishy to me...

Harassment via robo calling isn't a part of good customer service. I received four calls from this number within an hour.  My payment is late but within grace period so why alienate with calls like this not even checking to see what are the circumstances.

Numerous calls daily. We have received 5 calls this morning between 8:18 and 9:57. Finally answered last one and no one was on the line.
I think this is harassment.

this is a scam; US Bank does not call anyone on phone.  Do not owe anyone anything; This number is one of many and wants to derive any information about consumer, i.e., credit card number, zip code, etc. Do not answer, and if one does, DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION; DO NOT DIAL THEIR OPTION 1, just hang up.  This is third call today, and will call again before day is over

card number then asked for zip code or go to option 1.  Repeat HANG UP AND DO NOT ANSWER AGAIN.  Block number , that is a joke. These people just go to another number which has been bought and sold by a wireless phone company.

I get calls from this number 6 to 12 times a day, I answered, and was asked for my card number, address, phone number, routing number, and when I refused to give that information out over the phone and said I'd handle it online the guy snapped and yelled "I have bigger amounts to worry about than to sit and argue with you over this!" And hung up. That have since been placed on a block list but I get notifications all day every day that I've received calls from them. Called Elan and they said they have never sent my account to collections. SCAM.

If it is a legitimate company, use the company name, or at lease have the decency to leave a message.

it is an old number that I blocked a few years ago. look like the scamers ore back to that number

why are you scared?   Don't give them ANY #'s or other info....most likely they only want to get into your computer to steal your identity...don't be scared...hang up on them!

They're just randomly dailing tons of phone numbers, no need for any buying/selling of info to be involved when they can generate random numbers for free. I who've never applied for a mortgage, and my relatives who last applied for a mortgage decades ago, have gotten these calls on and off for years.

I received letter from "Cardmember  Service" saying my payment was late.  I called, this was total scam, I called credit card phone  # on my credit card and operator told me not one of their company's phone #'s

As a place of business , it is my duty to answer the phones as ONLY PART of my description of duties on a 12 hr day, 5 days a week normal day for me. Dealing with this phone number 5 times daily, and for them not to answer at all, not one word when I run to the phone to catch it before it rolls over to the answering machine is VERY AGRIVATING!!!! PLEASE TAKE THIS NUMBER LIGHTY they must not know phone educate or manners!!!
