I was curious, but leary about this offer, so I used information from a different credit card for the $2.95. After leaving the ICM website, something didn't feel right about it, so I immediately called the credit card company to report the card as lost or stolen. When the statement arrived, the $2.95 charge was on it, as well as the $139.95, both charges transferred from my lost or stolen account to the new account (which I had not even called to active). I called the credit card company to advise them that these charges should have been declined. If you report a card as lost or stolen, you wouldn't be allowed to charge anything on it -- let alone anyone else. Paper work is pending of course, but I informed them that I did not authorize these charges and am expecting them to be reversed.

I have been trying for four days to contact this company.  When I signed up for the $2.95 trial period....this company IMMEDIATELY withdrew $139.95 from our account as well, before we were even able to view any material 'at all'!!  When I finally was able to get the correct phone number (because , conveniently their number keeps getting mixed up with another company's number), I am unable to reach a real person, either getting disconnected, or hung up on.

This company openly states when you call them that they will not, nor ever intended to refund your money.  They are extremely difficult to reach, meaning many hangups, people claiming not to know what to do or who you need to speak with.  This company never sent any information, email or otherwise, and when I asked them where my info packet was, so I could see if I indeed might be interested in what I had paid for, I was told I recieved the info packet via email.  I have been checking my email box for the last 7 day ..... nothing from this company.  They have a bunch of idiot college kids working for them who knowingly lie.  I intend to post everywhere on the internet possible about this company.  Josh is the representative I spoke with on the phone.  He has no clue what he is doing.  He could not even answer my question as to where my info packet may be, and certainly never offered to make sure I got one.  Incidentally, Molly Benson , another representative from the company called to help me get started.  I explained to her the same thing, that I would like an information packet to review first.  She happened to call from a 'withheld' number ........ that alone told me they are most likely a bogus, money making bunch of foreignors, with stupid college kids working for them who are so desperate for a job.  This company also changes their name.  My advice is to stay away from any company claiming you can work from home.  My state attorney general is now working with several people who have been taken advantage by this bogus company.

Unreal- I know better and did it anyway! What could possibly be the risk if I use my bank issued debit card? What a mistake-
Sent email to ICM (Internet Crook Mother*****rs) and then forwarded the same to the AG. Probably out the money, but maybe I can save someone else.

My email advised them that they must return the money they stole or further action will be taken. Maybe the Attorney General will be able to persuade them a bit??? Also, closing bank account to keep them out of it.

    Hi to All.
First of all as a former VP of a $100 million corporation I've had the opportunity to work with numerous teams. The most common issue I experienced was the lack of people following direction. I have sat in numerous meetings where "what was said, was not necessarily interpreted the way it was said". You need to inspect what you expect. I say all this to say this. In all fairness to ICM Websites I HAVE NO COMPLAINT!!! The company did exactly what they said they would do. I subscribed to the $2.97 offer, was immediately brought to another page wanting very personal info., which I didn't give them. I then checked my e-mail and saw ICM's e-mail confirming my order. I READ THE E-MAIL, followed the CANCELATION DIRECTIONS. The directions stated if I canceled within "3-days" my account would not be charged. I immediately checked my bank account and saw the $2.97 & $139.95 charges pending. I didn't get that alarmed because pending charges take a little time to drop off the account. This all happened on 5-4-10 at 11:30p.m. The next morning I called ICM, waited about 3-5 minutes, Anthony answered and I had a very NICE conversation with him. I did cancel and got a confirmation #. Anthony also stated that when I felt more comfortable and did a little more research on the company, I could reinstate my membership for $49.00. I also went to my bank and canceled my debit-card and got a new one. Unfortunately I will get HEAT for this post. People, instead of looking for the next best money making program. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!!!! I do know there are allot of scams out there. When a company does what they say they will do, I personally need to look at them again. I truly am looking into this opportunity. Best wishes to ALL.    In AllFairness

I hate to tell you all, but the BBB cannot do anything. As a matter of fact, the BBB is just as much of a scam as these people. What everyone does not realize is that the BBB is not a government agency, but a private company run by con-artists just like these people from ICM Websites / Internet Cash Machine / http://portal.xyzwarehouse.com. As a business owner I can tell you this for a fact. What they do is contact small business owners like myself, and try to con you into paying hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars so it shows a good rating and an "Accredited Business" logo next to your company name.

Also, http://www.ripoffreport.com is a scam just like BBB. They pull the same crap, where they extort business owners for money to show a good standing with their company.

Anyway, If you want to know what you're getting yourself into visit my blog.  I have pretty detailed information about this SCAM.  Feel free to contact me at scammingamerica@gmail.com to get more information or advice on how to get your stolen money back or follow my twitter at @scammingamerica.

Oh, and the real information for this company is the following:

    25531 Commercentre Dr Suite 250
    Lake Forest, CA 92630
    8778633088
    9494440004

these scammers count on YOU not reading the terms and conditions before you start filling out forms.

These sites capture what you enter even if you NEVER SUBMIT it.

They are REQUIRED by LAW to disclose these CHARGES in the terms and conditions.

The SCAMMERS know most people NEVER BOTHER to read them - which is how you all got hit with extra charges.   IF you had read the terms and conditions as well as the PRIVACY Policy FIRST - you would never have filled out forms on the websites.

ALWAYS READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY FIRST.
