- John Lawws replies to TBTB, you are either one of the cons , or you're an idiot. You're not fooling anyone.
- ChrisI have been charged. I DID NOT try this product nor do I have any knowledge of anything like this. Does anyone know if their was a banner ad or anything on another website that may get clicked somehow and take you to their site?? I didnt sign up for anything that I didnt know for sure what I was doing. I do shop online like at Amazon once in a while. Could they have stole my info somehow???
- mm replies to TBThat would be "life" not live. I guess you have to be dumb to really think this scam is a good thing!
- now the number doesnt worktruly hurts. I heard about this from a newspaper article, guess I was not reading carefully enough.
- Maureen replies to Belinda Gay GandyI'm with ya there. I wanted the info for $2.97, the $139.95 was crossed off with a red line on their site. I used my debit card. Good thing I looked last nite. They must have charged the $2.97 and the $139.95 before I even left their site. When they asked for personal info I clicked off the site but they were still able to put a charge through. It still says pending but because of this I am getting hit right and left with overdraft fees. I talked to them this morning and was told it was taken care of. I called back 2 hours later and was told they did charge my account they were making sure the money was there. B.S. then he said they put a void through. Well great, it can take up to 3 days for that. I have outstanding checks, etc. If it is not off my account by tomorrow I am closing my debit card and getting an avadavit from my bank to send to them. I am also sending them an official invoice for all my overdraft fees. Not that they will pay but I can turn them over to a collection agency. I won't get anything in the end for the fees but it will cause them headaches.
- InAllFairnessHi to All.
First of all as a former VP of a $100 million corporation I've had the opportunity to work with numerous teams. The most common issue I experienced was the lack of people following direction. I have sat in numerous meetings where "what was said, was not necessarily interpreted the way it was said". You need to inspect what you expect. I say all this to say this. In all fairness to ICM Websites I HAVE NO COMPLAINT!!! The company did exactly what they said they would do. I subscribed to the $2.97 offer, was immediately brought to another page wanting very personal info., which I didn't give them. I then checked my e-mail and saw ICM's e-mail confirming my order. I READ THE E-MAIL, followed the CANCELATION DIRECTIONS. The directions stated if I canceled within "3-days" my account would not be charged. I immediately checked my bank account and saw the $2.97 & $139.95 charges pending. I didn't get that alarmed because pending charges take a little time to drop off the account. This all happened on 5-4-10 at 11:30p.m. The next morning I called ICM, waited about 3-5 minutes, Anthony answered and I had a very NICE conversation with him. I did cancel and got a confirmation #. Anthony also stated that when I felt more comfortable and did a little more research on the company, I could reinstate my membership for $49.00. I also went to my bank and canceled my debit-card and got a new one. Unfortunately I will get HEAT for this post. People, instead of looking for the next best money making program. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!!!! I do know there are allot of scams out there. When a company does what they say they will do, I personally need to look at them again. I truly am looking into this opportunity. Best wishes to ALL. In AllFairness- Caller: ICM Websites
- InAllFairnessI apologize by not including the fact that today the $139.95 charge dropped off. The $2.97 I consider an investment and that money is theirs. I GOT MY $139.95 BACK.

- Shoulda KnownI Too Signed Up for this Last Night 5/7/2010 630Pm. I Had an Uneasy Feeling All Night, Woke Up And Googled Company......Tada! Here it is. Ok So I Called the Credit Card Company...Tada Cha Ching Both Charges Were On The Card as Pending. I Called 1-877-863-3088 and Spoke To Edward in Customer Service. Explained That It was a Little Misleading and that I was Not Expecting to Jump right in to an on-line buisness. I also Explained that I Would like to Cancel my "trial" Membership since it is within my 3 Day Period. He Understood and Gave me my Cancellation Confirmation Number. Hopefully this is not a Bogus Number. So Far they are following thier agreement. Unfortunatly I did not read the Terms and Conditions to See the 139.95 Charge they Would Apply. Edward in Customer Service Said it will take 3-5 Days to Show up on Statement. I will Let you all know the outcome.
On the Other side: If this Company is Legit (Other than us not reading the fine print) Starting a Home Biz for under $150.00 is Really Pretty reasonable. I Personally Think They Should spell it out loud as to what they are Doing. It really Sounded like I was Getting Information sent to me for the $2.97 But I guess that is not the case.
Good Luck - Donna SkellchockI hope this gets posted at the top of this blog, because it took 20 minutes of reding to take in all the really valuable and helpful comments. I was suspicious myself, when I visited the website that had to "contact" info immediately available. There was really nothing postedon the ICM website that gave any history of the company, or "exactly" what they do, or "exactly" what was to be in the $2.97 package. Out of pure curiosity, I decided to read the Terms and Conditions, which revealled ALOT.
After that, my suspicions were confirmed - it was going to cost ME, for something I didn't even understand due to lack of information.
Always read the Terms and Conditions first, and do thorough research on the internet before
giving out your personal bank numbers or credit card numbers.
We get warned and warned and warned everyday, about things to watch out for in order to avoid
SCAMS.
Good luck to everyone! - InAllFairness| 2 repliesHello Again,
Please go to ripoffreport.com and click on the autor section in the box. You will see that several people received their $139.95 back because they followed the "terms and conditions" there is also a complete description of the company on that site. I believe that the screen that wants our personal info. is a Merchant sign up which in most, or all cases is secure. No different than getting a credit card.- Caller: ICM Websites
- Kevin K replies to Michael Weber| 2 repliesI was contacted right away by my bank when they saw the charge. They thought it might be a scam and they Googled them to find out how much of a scam it is. The bank also called the phone number and spoke with someone but could not get any info. I immediately cancelled my debit card and ordered a new one. That was on April 28th and on May 3rd the $139.95 still got through even though the card was cancelled. I am waiting for my bank to tell me how this happened on a card that was not valid.
- nobodybusinessI was scmmed by them too.

- Shirley N. Cox replies to TerryI just went to this website and got scamed. They took out the $129.00 0ut of my account. I'm disabled and was trying to find a work at home job. I need that money back. What can i do?
- Jason replies to TB| 1 replyTB, This is not real! These [***] took money out of my account without authorization. I never spoke with anyone from ICM what so ever. I was balancing my check book when I saw 2.95 taken out and then 139.95. I do not want to start a business or website or whatever these crooks are trying to sell. I do not fall for these "quick way's to make money scams" because I have a great career. Like I said, I never spoke to or gave authorization for these scumbags to withdraw money from my account. You should be ashamed that you even do business with these people.
- Jason replies to TB| 3 repliesWhy would I complain? Because when someone steals money right from underneth you when you never spoke to or even knew what ICM was until you see on your banking statement that these low life [***] took money out without authorization. I had to google ICM to see what it even was. I saw that these people are THEIVES. I'm in legal proceedings to shut these [***] DOWN!!!!
- Jason replies to charliegirlI feel your pain. I never talked to anyone or even knew what ICM was. I saw on my banking statment that they took out 2.97 and 139.95 without my authorization. I had to google ICM to see what it even was.
- ConCon replies to Jason| 2 repliesWhat legal action are you taking...I can not afford the $139.95 that ICM Websites stole from me.
That RIPOFF company will not give me my money back that I NEVER authorized them to take. And, I can not afford to take legal action....please let me know if whoever is doing your legal action needs
any of my info. They did promise to refund the $5.95 that they took from my charge card and they did
promise to stop further $5.95 monthly charges to my account. - cweed77 replies to TBRead the disclaimer at the bottom of the page! This channel 6 is not affiliated with any broadcasting companies. This is something ICM made up!!
