I got a call from 877-874-5811- they did not leave a message. when I called back it said customer service and we will call you back shortly- it then ask for you to enter your phone number

What can we do to stop these calls?  It is a school for degrees.  Constant calls and will keep calling?
Any suggestions to report this harrassing calling?

When I answered no one replied. When I tried to call it back (as suggested by my dad) it said customer service. It has called me 3 times since.

These may be calls originating from a fake college scholarship award group. I started getting calls from this number immediately after trying to get to a purported scholarship information site, which had seemed to prevent me from entering the site beyond the portal that requested name, phone number and basic personal data.

Stop calling meeee.

If you hate random calls like this and hate spam email, DO NOT give any information to any college online or over the phone. They can answer your questions without getting your information. They get your information and sell it to other colleges and people like this number.

this person/company called me, i dont know who they are but simply wish for them to stop. After reading all the complaints from others you would think they would have been shut down by now.

How do I get this person to stop calling me?

Just called them back and it's the same recorded message. Thank you for calling customer service please press 1-I did & then they repeated the same thing & said they would call back!!! Who are they & how can I find out?BBB?

I am also on the donotcall list and still receive calls from them. They are asking if I am still interested in looking into colleges. When I started telling them not to call me back anymore, they hung up. I tried calling and got the same results that most of you got.

I Got A Call From This Nummber!!! So Please Stop Calling Me!!!

This has to be a scam - got the same information as some of the above: asked to press 1 for customer service and then the Indian sounding voice said they would call back. How is that possible since I did not give them my information???? I know this is an 877 service, but most caller ID's and number collection software, even to 800 services, are not that sophisticated - I'm in the industry...

Has anyone talked to these people??? The Do Not Call list is starting to be worthless with VOIP and all the international calls (in which I suspect this is one...). Masking a phone number is also an easy proposition...

Do you know that this is a debt collector? No one seems to have any information on the source of this call...

Trying to get you to go to college, if you filled any online forms for educational request, these calls will keep coming.

I suspect that they are just fishing for live phone numbers. If you answer, then you are a live phone number. They would LIKE to get more info than that, of course.

Who knows what they do with the info? They know that your number is live and what time of day you pick up your phone. I suppose they sell this info to telemarketers.

Anyway, I would recommend that you not even pick up the phone!

skyambler is correct. I recently signed up for financial aid / scholarship information at FindTuition.com and was smart enough to use one of my minor Google Voice phone numbers as the required field for a phone number. 10 attempts in 24 hours.

If this is not FindTuition.com, then they sold the number - total scam.

I keep on getting Phone call"s from this number ,,i answer and nobody say a word ... and when you call back , there is a recording , saying ,,This is costumer service ,please press one ,this phone call"s keep on repeating every day and sometimes 3 to 4 times a day ,,

I want this caller to stop calling me ASAP.
