Received a call from this number threatening to deliver a legal document to my office and it wasn't even for me. When I tried to tell him of the error he became very beligerent and rude. I hung up on him What a jerk. Get an education and get a job.

Wouldn't it be great if someone knew how to "reverse scam" this a**clown?  Post any ideas...I'm in for a little fun.

Got a call today from a private number by the name of Jason Nyedell from Legal Services, a company in Lakewood (no state), and only gave me information for the phone # 1-877-877-0326, and no name said whoever I called could help me. When I called them they said that I had done a payday loan in 2009 (to which I paid) and they are showing no payments done. The guy was Mark Benson from Weinman and Foster, Mark Benson is the name normally thrown around in these scams with an Indian/Eastern heavy accent.

I received a call from 877-877-0326 and it was Allen from Wieman and said that I should have received a package and that they wanted to go over pg 15 statement!  And that there were court dates fast approaching...not calling back.

Hey everyone, got some info for you. After getting these calls as well, and having threatening voicemails on my cell, I decided to search these low life's out. David Briggs (I think) said on the last voicemail that he was with Legal Services, however, they work for a company named Tate and Karlin. The address is 2810 Southampton Rd, Philadelphia PA, 19154. Their local phone number is 215-464-4500.

A mike from this number called my elderly father in law today... they were looking for my hubby... dad in law took down the number and called us... i called the number ....said i was mrs....... and wanted to know what this call pertained to... he said some loan that my hubby took out on line... no way... the date he gave we were out of town with a grandbaby in nicu... and my hubby dosent use the computer....so i pushed the fact i wanted a verification mailed to us , his last name the name of the company and address( he rattled off our old address).....he then yelled that he would only talk to hubby... and hung up.... well you get no money from me.... if i cant verify a debt...... oh he also said we will be served papers......

I received a call from this number as well. I assumed it was a creditor as I have received what I would call very "creative" calls from creditors.  These calls are a total scam and I have received several saying I am going to receive summons' - I just tell them go ahead and then never hear from them again.

I received a message as well - the caller was allan wyman with wyman and foster law office.  He said I should have received a package in the mail the day before yesterday at my place of employment or my residence and that I needed to call them immediately to go over page 15 specifically for my statement in a pending case.  This is a debt collector folks.  I have also received calls from India saying they are with my county check fraud office regarding a summons they have for me regarding a payroll loan.  When I ask to speak to someone who can speak the English language better because I couldn't understand him, he transfers me to someone else of Indian origin, a supervisor who tells me they will be serving me with papers at work or home and that I need to be prepared - if I have a dog, make sure it is put up, etc. Unbelievable!!  Debt collectors with small companies are getting very creative in their approach - and obnoxious!  You have rights - report these people!  They cannot harass you like this - it is highly illegal.  And another thing, if your county or city or whatever legitimate federal office or IRS was going to serve you or garnish wages, they don't call to threaten over and over, they just serve you.

I got a call from these people today.  The gentleman said "My name is Jim Johnson and I am with the legal firm of Wyman & Associates.  I calling to discuss page 15 of the summons that was delivered to your home moments ago.  Please return my call at 877-877-0326.  I may in a hearing, but any of my assistants can assist you."  I called the number and asked for Mr. Jim Johnson and the guy on the phone said I have no idea who that is....I reiterated the message I received and he said hold on one moment.  He came back on the line and said you are being sued by Cash Central and they wanted to give you one more chance to pay back the debt before you went to court.  I replied, "according to Jim  I have already been served a summons and I will take my chances in court", he got super angry and hung up on me LOL.  These people are full of shitaki mushrooms.  Don't buy into their schemes.

Oh and I forgot to mention....there was NOTHING served at my house and I checked online with the county courthouse and nothing has been filed.  They are just preying on people so don't fall for it.

Just received, yet again, another message from an UNKNOWN number, from Christopher Bennett stating the same things as others have said above....JEEZ!!!!!  What the hell can we do to stop these people?  I've filed with the FTC and the attorney general.

lawyer claiming to be Alan (Allan) wyman (weiman, weighman)?  want to "go over some legal papers".

Same story different day...Received a call from Wyman and Foster about delivering papers to my job or home and needing to call back to go over page 15 of a legal document because my court was approaching rather quickly...blah, blah, blah.I don't owe anyone. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

My roommates received 2 phone calls from this same number claiming to be a law firm called Wyman and Foster.  This is the 4th "law firm" trying to get money from me.  I think someone is selling our information to these scammers.  I reported it to the FTC but in Utah only the State Attorney's Office deals with this type of crime.  I hope these people get caught!!

got this message AGAIN today. very annoying. he said today to hurry and call back because he is due in court with another clinent in a few minutes and he needs to discuss page 15 of the papers delivered to either my home or work.

Just got a call from this number on 5/25 stating similarly, that they wish to discuss some some papers sent to my work or my home.  I tried calling back but no answer.  Will ignore based on previous comments made on this site.

Your wages can only be garnished by a court order which you would HAVE HEARD ABOUT PRIOR TO THIS CALL or the Federal government NOT THIS FLY-BY-NIGHT OUTFIT

Was just contacted today decided to look it up because it sounded like a scam.. what kind of lawyer goes after someone for a few hundred dollars what a joke!! Lol
