Same here.  These fools have tried to threaten me from time to time for the last year over a pay day loan they say I had in 2010. News flash, I didn't have a pay day loan then or ever.  A robot called my office today and was constantly calling my daughter until she blocked them.  Calling my office was the last straw!  I have yet to see a single document and I love when they tell me I'll need to explain my downfalls to a judge.  Whatever punk!

Just called me.  Stating they had a complaint againsst me and if I knew anything about me I should immediately call them back.  Otherwise, they would be filing papers with my local county.  I believe that this is related to a payday loan from 2007.  Illegal to threaten in this manner. No company name.  No 'this is an attempt' warning. Sum collector attempt to bully on an old debt that is no longer collectible.  Block them and do not call them back.  All they will do is threaten you to scare you into either providing information or paying.

"Brandon Davis" and  The many other crooked people that work for this company are trying to scam innocent people for a paycheck and to me that's scumbag work. I'm amused really, trying to tell me that I owe two now two formal judgments for taking out loans and defrauding banks.. Lol, total and complete fraud's I've had the same bank account since I could have a bank account  my bank account has never been closed and I've never taken out a payday loan in my life. When you ask for documentation they literally tell you it's not their job maybe they need to refer to the fair debt collection practices act next time they call. I'm just going to give them my attorney's number and see how far they actually take it.

Just got a call from this number this morning. I called it back purposely unprofessional, the guy took the bait and started cussing and talking [***] back. They have some of your information but not all of it, the information they do have is public, it's a total scam.

They called my cell then my work phone all I caught was the law enforcement and court. People even if you do owe money, that makes it a civil matter not criminal so they can't send the cops to arrest you, or tell your employer. It is scare tactics plain and simple.

I have received several call form them as well my family. They said I owe online payday loan back in 2012. I told them I don't remember making a loan online at all. I also told them I am going to have to call them back . She said there is no more call back once we hang up the phone ,its going to be a court order. I told them go a head .

They have called numerous times. I called back and is sounded like they said CFS Financial or something similar.  she spoke very fast when she answered.  She asked what number i was calling from I told her, she said a name of NO ONE that resides here and I said no and she hung up?  RUDE MUCH?  I am assuming a debt collector for a previous owner of the number? Not sure but wish they would stop calling

called my family home and said I had a" investigation a complaint filed against [me], press any button if you know anything about this person....next step filing paper work with the county court " DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO ITS A SCAM..WHY DIDNT THEY CALL ME WHY MY FAMILY..I WILL BE GOING TO THE POLICE AND SEEING IF I CAN FILE CHARGES ON THIS NUMBER AND WHO EVER BEHIND IT

Formal complaint, need to let them know how to find me

Same thing happened to me, except I think they were looking for someone name Jennifer. At least that's what it sounded like from the garbled voice mail. My name is Eric. They are clearly not very good at this.

Same thing happened to me. Most concerning is that they had my full Social Security number. Also call my mother-in-law. Not sure how they got this information. When I  told them that they were a scam, they started cursing at me. LOL. Definitely concerning  with the information they have.

This person called a family member and left a message on my phone after my family member gave him my number.  It stating that i owe money from a payday loan that was taking out back in 2010 and I need to settle it if not it will be settled in court..  I called back confused because I never took a loan out..  .  He said he was Greg got all pissed off  started name calling once I said I never took a loan out...   then hung up on me then i call back and same person same voice said his name was Brandon.   I called bluff on him and he again started cursing and all.. asked for a fax number and address to send money to pretend.. and he said he doesn't need to give us that info..  lol  guy needs to go find a real job!  LOSER!!!
