They called my daughter and myself demanding I call them back or to let them know my whereabouts immediately! haha
I have had these calls before, just ignore them.  It is a scam.

I played with them today, got them to tell me it was ep processing , which search for that and you will see a ton of complaints for a fake company.
I then  gave them a debt card on a locked account.
which has no funds in it to setup a payment plan, so i could get more information, they told me I would get a payoff later so i couldn't be scammed on previous loan.
First off, I never took out  a loan and then closed the bank. Second off no sure how they call random people that barely know me, wondering if information isn't out there from the yahoo hacks.
I will be calling them several times, asking for a validation letter. while at the same time I did a fbi complaint, a attorney general complaint, a ftc complaint and a bbb complaint.
It is funny how they have robo callers putting the name in after looking for the whereabouts.
really because the guy knew my street address. so why couldn't he just find my whereabouts.
I called them early and left voice mails.

The infamous  “Coastal” or CFS scam.  No idea where they are located.  Call from a variety of numbers for several years now. Ignore and block any calls received from this “Coastal” group. Sometimes uses the CID of “Coastal Litigation” or Coastal Pre-litigations. Also using someting called "Lakeside Mediations"  and "Legal Review Services as their CID.  Also “First Point”.  There are several groups with the letters CFS in them.
May now IDing themselves as “Western”.   Also may be using a CID of WNL.

Report them:

Good for you. I called them and tried to get some info from them like where they are from and what the company name is. They just said CSC. I get calls from this phone number 888-214-2532 about a loan I never took out. Started a few months ago and   Threatened me then. Still never got anything about this court thing they threatens me with.

No one's going to court.  This group relies on threats only.

Ignore and block these calls. If you were the subject of a pending civil lawsuit, you'd have received a letter from the attorney for the other party.  You'd have a paper trail.

Then, if a case was filed, you'd have received a summons delivered to you by someone licensed to serve process in your locality.  You would NOT have first heard about any civil law case from some scammery-scummery debt collector who cold calls you and starts demanding money.

You can check this out yourself by simply going down to the local main civil court and checking the defendants civil list.  The court clerks are usually glad to help and are familiar with these kinds of scams.

If they continue to bother you,  and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because,  being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking),  the only thing they understand.

These people keep calling me asking for a Cassandra Price. I know it's scam but they won't stop.
