This # was left as a # to call to speak to the "Claims" dept. VM threatening me of being served with a "notice of intent."  Complete BS scam.

Guy call micheal Evans and James Sullivan call making threats to take me to court if I did not pay. The micheal Evan guy is the same person James. When I call they said no micheal Evan works there.

Woman names Debra called threating to serve papers if I don't call this number to stop the process. Whatever this is probably all a scam anyway

I just got a call from them today. When the person was calling it showed up as "restricted", and I do not answer restricted calls. They left a voicemail and when I checked it a woman named "Denise Mcdermott (or McDermond?)" said that I was on her schedule to serve and that if I had any questions to call the claimants office at 1-88-229-7865 with a case #. She also informed me that before I was served at my place of employment or residence, this was a courtesy call. She said they received a claim in her office with my name and social. I don't know what this is, but it certainly sounds like some sort of scam, seeing as if you are being served with REAL papers, it is by a constable and they don't call you before they come! I received a call like this at the beginning of the year, by someone who sounded Middle Eastern, threatening me and saying that if I didn't appear in court the following day at so and so time, I would be sued. When I called they were extremely unprofessional to be calling from a lawyers office (which they were supposedly calling from) and said that I could make a payment of $500 to avoid it being carried further.... Anyone else have this happen??

Definately sounds like a scam, and the names they use sound so made up! The manner in which they spoke to me the first time they called raised a red flag, because lawyers offices don't speak to people in such a way.

Called my buisness for an employee and called me a piece of S**t and hung up when I told him not call back here the day before

Got the same message! But from a Mikayla Williams (isn't that a soccer player) She said that she is scheduled to serve me papers (legal docs) and if I call back I can stop it, but if I do not call back she will see me 1/2, government holiday and most of the U.S.A.'s holiday for the New Year.
Can anyone tell me what has happened to this if anything after this call.

I received a voicemail from these people today and the man was quite rude telling me I HAD BETTER make myself available tommorrow 12-5 with valid id re: papers to deliver me regarding a matter...i called the number there lady Vivian answered was very rude asked my name and social sec number kindly told her im not giving her that how do i know this is true..she started yelling I hung up.  Mindy or Melissa can you tell me what else happened after you received the call please thanks

My husband got this call today saying to pay 500.00 by tomorrow or it will be 3500.00 if not. I called the number that they gave him 18882297865 and a machine answered saying the civil claims bureau. By reading all of these post on here, I am worried! What should we do???

Nothing not even a call at this point, when I called back the woman informed me she was in a call center, and googling the # the pennysaver comes up alot.  hmmmmm.......

I have had nothing happen! If these people call you or you call them back, please know your rights. You have a right to request written documentation of the debt they say owed. They have to send this to you. A local attorney I know has had other people come to her about this place calling and when these people have asked for written proof, they do not what to say! We have a right not to prove anything until they send the documentation

I had these people call me over and over and I did get scared and called back and talked to James Sullivan. Nice man explained to me the debt which I did remember but it was from far back and I was skeptical b/c I did give private information over the phone. Told me I needed to put down something now and the rest would come out my next pay period so I wouldn't be taken to court. I checked my bank statement and the money did draft today for the down payment and the rest would come out next period. So hopefully I am in the clear but did scare me. But like I said the man I talked to was very nice and will work with you.

Sounds like BS got the same call but wasn't even for me but a old tenant I rented too years ago, anyhoo  he left message saying if i dont call back before a certain time then same as you all are saying, you'll be served .. lol scam big time.
