Just received a call from "Best Buy General Admin Services" confirming credit for price match guarantee would be applied back to my account.  This is a legitimate call as I requested the credit two days ago. I'm happy.

They did leave a message, but don't ask me what they said!  Why is it that people who are making calls, can't seem to speak the language in a way that everyone can understand?  Either way, I deleted the message, as I have no idea who it was or what they wanted.  There's no sense to call back, cause it won't do any good....sad.

Best Buy calling to let me know what time my delivery is scheduled for.

I actually got a call from this number telling me when I have a scheduled delivery.....the exact time (2 hour window)...so these are not always just robocalls....

I got a call it said it was Best Buy about my order. so I called it back and it was sex call.

So this is Best Buy, huh? Well, I do shop there, but I do NOT like getting calls to 'remind' me to spend money with them. When I give out my phone # to companies I choose to use, I always ask how they plan to use the #, then give it if I agree. I assume with all these posts that it's legit, but to not leave a message is even more shady.

CORRECTION - this isn't just a telemarketing number. Found out it is also connected to beat buy's geek squad so I've unblocked!

I received 2 calls from someone named Jenny at Best Buy from this number. She left a voice mail for me to call 877-702-2211 about an order on one of my lines. I have never bought a phone or a contract from Best Buy! I called the 877 number & did indeed get Best Buy. They asked for my number, which I didn't give them, but did give them the reference number they gave me in the voice mail. The girl looked it up & said something about said order to one of my lines. I told her that I don't have anything from Best Buy & I didn't make that order. She said she would have to transfer me to another department & I was on hold for so long, my phone dropped the call. I never got to speak to anyone else. I'm tempted to call that 888 number back to see who I get!

Left message asking for my VERIFICATION CODE , which indicates to me that they already have my credit card information and need code for online purchases. Best Buy's system might have been hacked . NO BUSINESS CALLS A CUSTOMER AND ASK THEM FOR THAT KIND OF INFORMATION.

I have not been back to Best Buy since 2008 when I got my computer.  So  I don't know why they keep calling.  Not interested.......

Legit call - I had placed an order in store for a TV, Best Buy called me from this number to confirm the delivery address and ask that an adult be present to accept the order, etc etc.

Robo called from Best Buy Called at 5am

Nov 18th @ 4:01am in the morning this number called our old access line which my family has not used for service in over 10 years. It is connected to an alarm since then. Here you insert what could horrible go wrong.. I've opened a ticket with the telco, contacted BestBuy(a warning shot) in which all the transferring  around giving my story their phone switch dropped me. And now just left a MSG with a good lawyer. I believe he will give me a good reference. After I speak with the reference(a layer that specializes in telecommunications laws, I will contact the local news station(s).

When on the phone with BestBuy one rep admitted that thier system reaches out to customers letting them know various news and making customers aware of their warranty is about to expire to a recorded sales add(so late 80's).

My family has not shopped at BestBuy in over 8 years.

If the call was after 7am, no issues - no problem.

This falls back to the call from BestBuy that was placed to my number on November 18th at 4:01am that started a huge chain of events.

This is now my second shot across the bow in public forum.
