Surprisingly they know my name, But they are not professional because they were eating when  talking to me

Received a call, someone claiming to be CIC agent and asking questions about our family \\

This guy named " Peter" called me today claimed to be a CIC agent and said they received lots of complains against my name and asked whether I am aware of this, i said no, i didn't do anything wrong, how would i be aware, he then said did Toronto police call you yet, right at the moment that i said no, a 4168083300 appears as Toronto police station number came in, they asked for a merge call so that we three could be on the same line .. then they started to say that did you want a free counsel, if yes, then they will publish my everything on the community so that someone would offer free help, if not, then hire someone that "Peter" can provide, then you need to deposit money to a e-wallet that they open for me thru the phone number, when they found out that everything was fine, then the money will be reimbursed, I said why should i pay before i get the lawyer then i hung up!
