I get called once a day by these people.  I called from another phone and they said, Zenith Financial Network, possibly a collection outfit.  I asked a lawyer's advice, and he said he thought it was suspicious.  If they were bill collectors or something, you would have heard about it by now, by other means.  Check your credit report.  If it's OK, then it's probably not legit.  They would have mailed you or something.  It possibly might be an outfit of Florida, supposedly new within the last month or two.

Just found out some good stuff.  I found a Zenith Financial Network in Boca Raton, Florida, but no phone number.  Doing a search of financial places turned up a place called Financial Network Media at exactly the same address as Zenith Financial Network.  I'll see if I can find anything more, but the data for both is:

my son has started getting the same calls...please let me know what you find out

these zenith people are harassing my daughter almost daily.  i have reported them to texas attorney general who said they cannot sue me but i can sue them.. zenith does not know the law so they are probably scammers. i just talked to one of their NASTY  collectors who said he was going to have me picked up.they
are a boca raton based co which is home of scammers.  whyat else can i do?

I recieved a call from this number on my secondary number.  It seems a past aquintance left that number to them.  I called that so called aquintance and told him to call that number and I will be calling that number from my landline (of course blocking them after) and give them the past aquintances number. So people be careful who you give your number to.

This number has been calling my nephew's phone at 12:30 am! So my sister called them back and got a hold of a"STEVEN WILSON" he made the statement that I had got a check loan that I had not paid for and that if I don't contact them ASAP I will be charged with felony check fraud!! Iv not received a one piece of mail regarding this nor have they called my landline or cell phone!! I think they us this scare tactic to get money out of us! I would love to form a class action lawsuit against these dirt bags!  I have been unemployed for a year now and have not been able to pay a lot of my bills. However I'm an honest person that is willing to pay all my bills when I figure out an income !!

I got a call from them saying that I had committed check fraud in an amount more than 500 dollars and the bank was vystar and they gave me the account number for my bank account... how they got that I don't know but it is scary knowing they can get your banking information.

Not sure name of company couldnt understand it ladies name was Sandy..said I needed to get a hold of them on a buisness matter....let this 888 number...caller id number showed.... (419)266-2579? Don't fret... it is a scam....  You may have applied for a payday loan or something online at one time or another.  This company uses fraudulent websites to obtain your personal info,  They thgen call state you took out a payday loan and never paid them back - they the say they have filed a warrant for check fraud and defrauding a financial institution.  They usualkly say they are calling about a Cash Net USA account - but if you check they have this is definetly a fraud.  They have called me on an 888 number and 520 area code - file your complaint with ic3.gov - enough complaints they will go after them

They have been calling me every day. I screen my calls so I got curious and called the number. They said they were trying to find someone named Sean Myers. Nobody here with a name anywhere close to this. He said he would remove me from the calling list.

These same people have been calling my mother for days saying she owes an old credit card bill and that if she does not pay with a check by phone or a credit card they are going to have her arrested.  Today they called me asking for my mother.  When I informed them that I am aware of the the law and fair debt collection practice act and they were breaking the law using scare tatics the lady Christina became rude and said that I should stop calling them!!  I am filing a complaint with FTC and Atty Gen office this afternoon.  They have called three times in the last hour from three different telephone numbers.  So far the numbers they have used are 662-553-4265, 888-266-2579, 662-298-2403.  DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO TO THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

This person called my cell phone and my ex-wife's cell phone saying that I had a felony warrant out on me for check fraud and that I was going to jail.  They even specified what bank it was on.  I don't have any loans out with that bank.  I would love to join in on a class action against these dirt bags!

I got the same type of call from them. Funny, I don't use checks, haven't for years.  I suspect they are a fraud outfit trying to solicit money from unsuspecting persons. Beware. You can sue them if you want for harassment.

I received a call from 888-266-2579 claiming to be Nina's Investigating network. She even left a message with a case # claiming I had commited check fraud!!!! I'll be calling them back!

This is good information Thanks!  I just got a call from the same number (888) about a personal business matter that needs to be discussed, but would not give me anymore information.  I will be getting more info on them.

What a sham this whole corporation is.  It was formed 10/15/2012 as a Domestic for Profit Corporation based in Boca Raton, Florida.  It's a collection agency.  The message on my answering machine today was 'My name is Agent Nina Correria and I'm calling for ******  They can turn themselves in to the magistrates office.  I have put a 24 hour hold on this account.  They have written bad checks to the State of CA.  They can contact me at 888-266-2579.  Then they proceed to give me the case number.  Not sure how to get them to stop calling, but I will be contacting my Attorney Generals office to see if they can put a stop to this or what I can do.

This company has called several me several times. The messages have been different each time. The first time they said they were investigating check fraud involving my name. The second time they said they were trying to collect a debt. The third time they said they needed a verbal statement from me. I have not returned any of their calls as I could not locate any info on line as to this company being legit. I have also received no mail from them regarding this so called debt. I filed a complaint with my state's attorney general because this place seems extremely suspicious.

I just received a call from this number at my work place- the caller stated he needed a statement from me and that his name was Evans-also left a extension number as well- problem is, I don't use checks and don't know who these individuals are and need them to stop calling my work place as well as my mother who is 80 years old and don't need this stress-Please let me know what can be done about these people!!!!
