Just received a call from this number and the automated message said my Verizon account was suspended and my bill isn't even due until the 11th. I presses 1 and as soon as I said my account is not past due  they hung up.  Scammers. I don't use prepaid cards to pay my bills and I don't have a prepaid phone. .

I agree! NOW the land line! Costly $197.78. My bank caught this & immediately pulled & issued new card re: age 72 Widow income bank deposit. Spring 2019.

I was not called by this number, it appeared with a message saying something to this effect "this prepaid wireless phone can not be connected, please call 888-294-6804 to pay with a credit card" . It happened after I pressed the  recent apps button on my girlfriends phone. It took me to a hidden app called BBportal, which I found to be connected to an app called Blackboard used for data transfer something close to blockchain. Definitely fraudulent !

Called claiming to be from Verizon saying someone had ordered an iPhone 13 on my account and had it shipped to an address that was not on file. They wanted to verify the charges. I said no, and then they said they would cancel it, but first needed me to verify my account. Sent a text message with a code. Text message also explicitly said that Verizon would NEVER ask for that code. Hung up the phone.
