- Bonnie replies to Check FirstI got a call from a Jeremy to come and see if the key fit to win a car and a free trip to the Dells in Wisconsin and a surprise gift.
- Bonnie replies to Check FirstThis Jeremy keeps calling me I booked a date with him at the Lisle office for the presentaiton. Now I think I will be cancelling after hearing all these stories and because the phone # he gave me to call him back says its no longer in use. What a scam!! He can keep calling me all day long like he has saying he is reminding me aboutmy presentation date which would be Saturday but I can't call him back to cancel.
- not sure about going replies to Laughing Out LoudI read your message. I am only cautious about this because the number I was given to call back on has been disonnected. Why? But they can still call me and if I don't answer the calls just keep coming and costing me minutes on my cell phone every time they call. I would like to believe its legitamate. I know I won't get the key to the car. Just a game to play. But the trip to the Dells would be nice that they offered and whatever the free surprise it. But right now I am in no position to buy into anything. Money is short and economy is bad. Not sure what to do.

- Dr. JayWe are going tonight to listen to the sale pitch in lisle. I will let you all know if it's a scam or if you really get the tickets.
- FerI'm very intuitive, I follow the " gut feeling", eventhough it may not be a 'scam', still, these mall sweepstakes with a chance to win a 2011 Chevy Camaro or a trip for 2 to Vegas sounds charming, it's just a hook to get their business and to me that's misleading enough and a total waste of time. I did too got a call this past Thursday night from John (312) 445-9038 said I have a chance to win a car or 2 vacations to Vegas for participating a winning draw 550 Warrenville suite 100B in Lisle. Too far, and not enough gas in my truck to get there, and plus they solicited a debit or credit card asking if I was single and earn over 50K please!!!!!
....Yeah right!! NOT ever going to fill out any sweepstakes again. They're full of [***]. - The Grammar replies to Linda J.Wow... anybody else notice the Freudian slip in the use of "our" instead of "are" in the last sentence? I love employee assistance in the forums... thanks.
- Honey replies to Linda J.Anyone else notice the above person wrote maybe some phone calls "you get OUR" scams but..."? Our?
- MASSame number used 888-299-3533 but in this case it is the man standing on the corner in a Hawaiian shirt and holding a sign:
99.00 roundtrip to Hawaii for 2.
This time see him in Garden Grove, CA but all over Orange County. Different people but same sign.
Also have received the postcard with US Airlines. I think one of the local stations did an expose on the trips at one time. The US Airline card is not related to the airline company.- Call type: Telemarketer
