They call several times.  It is from a debt from 13 years ago that keeps getting sold to different collection agencies.  Its for my ex so I am not paying it.

They were looking for a Renee Hernandez? I am a male first off. Asked me to make a payment for her. Lmao 😂. Scam

They call EVERY DAY at 8:15 am!!! Sometimes a second call around 10 am... only day they didn't call was Christmas!

Just starting receiving daily calls from this number and I do not answer.  No messages are left.  After looking up this number, I decided to add to my contact and block the number. I know what is on my credit and I have nothing with the credit company listed above.

Keeps calling me

I receive these calls, however I blocked them through my phone so it picks up and hangs up on them.
They don't get a chance to leave a message. Anyway, I only receive a non-interrupting message from my phone that they tried to call. (shrugs). I don't trust "debt collectors" unless they send a letter.

My situation is that the bill started back in february and i have been working with the company up until they got it fixed in august to remove supplies that i had returned with the machine,  now the bill i finally fixed and should only be on its second month... Not all people that are dealing with this number have a legitimate (wait.. Did i spell that correctly) past due bill. Obviously they have called you too or else you would not see this search.. Who do you owe???

I had surgery back in March 2019, and in July I began receiving calls. Shocked I called the hospital and asked for information to no avail.  I then received a letter from Credit Control, LLC, 5757 Phantom Drive, Ste. 330, Hazelwood, MO 63042  Ph: 888-365-7129  PO BOX 488, Hazelwood, MO 63042  Website: www.credit-control.com.  They also had another PO Box 1945, Southgate, MI 48195 listed on the cut-out slip.  I called and spoke to Alexis, asked for an email address to forward her some insurance information proving that I'm working with BSBC to resolve this matter, she provided this email address:  WGreer@Credit-Control.com.

After reading all the messages above I decided to confirm this agency with Big Bend Regional Medical Center.  I'll tell you that their system is so questionable.  BBRMC's accounting department (Tiffany) stated that I'd gone to collections and she could transfer me directly.  She provided a phone number just in case we got disconnected (833)541-4888, when she transferred me Quorum Health responded, I spoke with Shawanna, who wanted to make a payment.  When I asked if I could do that with Quorum directly or if I had to contact the Collection Agency, she said I could make a payment directly with her, she gave me her direct line (615)221-3631 and said that if I made a payment through her she would let Credit Control LLC know within a week.

I hope this information helps any of you in verifying these agencies especially since nowadays, we just never know, and we definitely do not want to throw our money away.

I got a call from 888-365-3677 on April 16, 2020 at 4:05 pm.  The caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on.  My caller ID said, "Toll Free Call."  Why does anyone have to hide behind "Toll Free Call?"  If this caller is legitimate then use your real company name.

If this call was important enough to make wasn't it important enough to leave a short message?

I blocked this number.
