Same type of postcard on a used car I recently purchased. I called the dealer where I got the car and they weren't aware of the postcard. However, I had already purchased an extended warrenty through them and the postcard did not have any company name on it. Figured it was a scam. I will let the dealer know so they can answer any other inquiries.

I keep getting their postcards. I wanted an extended warranty, so I called to price it out. They refused to email me their price quotes, unless I put a "refundable" down payment down of either $195 or $595. Not to mention all the men I spoke to acted like insane, manipulative sales people. Glad I'm not stupid enough to fall for it. How is this place still in business? Obvious scam.

Just got the "VEHICLE ALERT NOTICE - Please Respond Within 5 Business Days" postcard described by others here saying that the warranty on my vehicle is "expired or about to expire" (Wouldn't you know which if you were legitimate?) I have a 2012 vehicle so they probably just guessed that if i had a 5yr warranty that it would be expiring soon and it would make this look more believable (didn't work) It is postmarked from Springfield Missouri and wants you to call 1-888-395-8636 "Immediately" because "This is our FINAL attempt to contact you" (please, I hope so...) and "after this attempt, this offer will expire." Big time scammer outfit. Simple internet search was full of negative info on this phone number. Just toss the postcard in the trash or burn it for heat if you get one. By all means do NOT call them!

I just received a card in the mail. Big red letters “VEHICLE ALERT NOTICE” I don’t know who it is from as no company is listed. I looked up the number on the card & I see everyone’s comments so I’m adding Maine. It is a scam I am sure!

Add me to the list of recipients of these fake warranty postcards! In my case, this is amusing because I bought my car in 2010, so it's definitely not eligible for any kind of extended coverage, and because I am employed by a company that works with the DMV, law enforcement, and legislators in protecting the privacy of vehicle owners. You can be assured that this postcard is going to be investigated now if it hasn't been before...

I got the postcard too! replies to silly scammers!
Do you happen to know if this postcard is the same as all the phone calls I have been receiving for 3 months now? I am being harrassed by a company that continues to call and will not give me their name and it is about Extended Vehicle Warranty.  Could the postcard be the same company?

I found a post card in my mailbox today that looks like the same scam. The post card screams THIS IS YOUR FINAL NOTICE on one side and VEHICLE ALERT NOTICE on the other side, along with a customer ID #, a description of my car, my name (misspelled), and an expiration date of six days from today. Besides a phone number to call, there is no information about who might have sent this "FINAL attempt to contact you." I guess this just another scam to ignore.

Got my FINAL NOTICE postcard today from a permit in Springfield, MO. The bottom of the card says in very fine print, “Coverage claims can be made at any dealership or ASE certified mechanic. Eleras Automotive Group is not your dealer or manufacturer, this is an offer for mechanical breakdown protection.” I will send the card back, RETURN TO SENDER, which will force them to pay postage, which is a good thing. If you do return to sender, be sure and black out the post office code and part of your address so the postcard doesn’t come back to YOU.

I received a 2nd notice. Which it seemed a bit suspicious. I hesitated to call cause something told me it was a scam. My car is a Honda and this postcard wasn’t coming from Honda. So I just called before searching this on google. And this guy was so fake he had to get his supervisor to approve the warranty. I spoke to the second guy and his voice was just so fake it seemed they were both reading what they were saying to me. To make the story short I told them i have to go that I will call them later they said the expiration expired where it says in the postcard it expires on April 11th and today is April 2nd. I literally laughed and I said I have to go. Be aware of SCAMS

    Annoyed
I have had the same annoying experience as others have described. Just received the postcard in the mail stating my vehicle warranty is about to expire.  No company name, no address, etc.  However, I think I read that someone reported a UT address.  Well, my card is supposedly from MO.  I did not call the number. I was immediately suspicious and I immediately Googled the phone number and found these pages and pages of reports.  Thank you for sharing to each of you.  I hate this crap.  So irritating. I will report it to my state's consumer affairs office.  Doing it right now!

I received a bunch of postcards about extended coverage notices after I bought a car in February, 2018. Since I was not interested to buy a warranty so that I really didn't care about those postcards. I thought after final notice, I should not receive any more. However, I received another postcard in April. It has expired when I received it. I was just curious the number and google it. Then, it showed the scam information. I am glad that I did the google search.

Not a call but a card in the mail
About 20 years ago when I was young and dumb.  A company just like this ripped me off for alot of money and would not provide services they claimed I was paying for.  The work that my vehicle needed was supposedly covered with all the money I gave the company. I called, wrote letters, no avail to being hung up on an ignored. Never got any money back. If my memory serves me correctly,  the company got into alot of trouble. So, I guess they are out of prison,  and are at it again.
Report this company to the FCC ! It's the same Scam! DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!
