Got a call from this number, "Mr. Anthony" desperately was trying to scam us by trying to collect on a debt that has already been paid. I reported it to the FBI, if you get a call from this number do not let up, report it!!! I want these people behind bars, and if they have scammed anyone out of money I want to see them pay every penny back. If anyone has any tips on further action I can take to have them shut down post it here. :)

Report this to the FBI! They are trying to scam you out of money you do not owe, they are doing the same thing to me. Let them know you are reporting them to the FBI and have picked the wrong person to mess with, I told them this and they stopped calling me, I am still pursuing having them shut down though, they have no right to scam people like this.

They have called so many times today they said they were looking for me to serve papers..lol..whatever. Bring it! They are totally scammers. I kept their messages that they claimed to be officers of the court. Among other things. They'll see me in court alright, because I'm suing them!

"Mr. Anthony" isn't even his real name. I sent them a certified cease and desist letter and made it restricted delivery and "so called Mr. Anthony isn't his real name it is Richard something" My fiance accidently through away the green slip were he signed for it. But he is using a false name.  They are a third party collection agency. I contacted the agency that "sold the debt" to Nationwide and they won't give me the original creditor's information. They are out of business.

I got a call from a blocked number last night and this morning with a message that was left from this number saying that they were from a company called "MDMS" and she was calling from their legal department and said that it was very important to call her back to avoid any further legal action. I would just like all of the scams to stop because this is not the first or even second time that this has happened to me.

Spoke with Olivia Monahagn(sp?) and had a nice little conversation about an old debt I owe - she tried to talk me into getting a consolidated loan with SpringLeaf. I told her I would look into it and she put some rude jerk on the phone who demanded that I confirm I would contact this Spring Leaf company. I told him I would look into it and research the company and he got angry and demanded that I contact them and ask for a loan by the end of the work day. I said, "Why are you being so pushy - Olivia just told me that there was 3-4 months before this goes to litigation, so why are you pressuring me to take time out of my work day to do something I'm not sure I want to do?"
And he hung up on me. "Olivia" has called back 3 times in the past 2 business days so I searched out their information and found myself here with the rest of you who have been scammed by this company. Tell them not to contact you anymore!! There would be no reason to demand something after years of default unless they were scamming. The legit bill I owed, got a lawyer, went to the courts and got a judgement - if these guys were legit, they'd do the same thing.,..

These guys were calling themselves CRSI for a long time. See notes under 9162331482 and 9163315116.

File a complaint with the FTC and send a cease and desist letter. The only thing is they
keep changing their business name and will eventually start calling you again.

I work here and if there is any question about the legitimacy of this company here is the link for the California Secretary of State business search website http://kepler.sos.ca.gov/cbs.aspx click on the limited liability designator and enter Nationwide Debt Management Solutions in the box. That should clear up any doubts about who is calling you. If you owe a debt, I recommend taking care of it on a voluntary basis, we do have involuntary means of ensuring that our clients' investments are secured. Should you choose to not take care of your financial obligations, that is absolutely your right as an American. However, from the stand point of the person making the calls to try and help you out, when you recieve that nasty letter from our legal counsel, I wish you the best of luck trying to wiggle your way out of this one.

That's interesting.  Eric Medrano is listed as one of the owners of NDMS and previous owner of CRSI or whatever name they are going by these days. He was ordered to stop doing business in the state of AZ and fined $10,000 for illegal collections activity in 2008.  So yeah I'm sure they are totally legit...LOL.  Also there are lawsuits in several states against Eric Medrano and other owners for violations of fair collections act.

I received an automated call from this number today.  I do not have any loans and am not sure why these people are calling me.  They can continue to call all they want as I do not answer the phone for numbers unfamiliar to me.

I guess someone I know might could have taken out a loan and used me as a reference, but if they did, they did not inform me and they will have to deal with these collectors . . . as I don't intend to.  Thank the Lord for caller ID and voice mail.

Just recieved a call asking me to call about an 'important matter'... and they called my dad saying I took out a loan in our family company's name and he had to pay it back since he is listed as the owner or they would take him to court.  Haven't taken out any loans, and my dad (in his 70's) was mad until I found this site as proof... thanks for upsetting an older person scammers!  Calling FCC to file a claim right away!!!

These people harassed my husband's best friend and mother, asking them to have him call this debt collector. He's called my husband's chain of command and threatened to sue us for up to $15,000 over a $700 that we still owe on this laptop my husband bought over a year ago. My husband gave them his bank info because he didn't know any better, but I called bullsh*t and had him cancel his bank account. We're going to talk to JAG and see what they say, but this all screams complete SCAM to me!
