I highly suggest that you do not broadcast your intentions or plan of action against these people on a blog such as this. These people may be reading through these posts to see how effective they have been in harassing you and comparing what you tell them over the phone with what you post here. It is also likely that those posts where a suggestion is made that you contact another company that can help you may also be these people working you into another scam.

Continue to complain here so that you inform others that have been wronged by these people, but do not broadcast your plans to these people.

Nationwide Debt Management Solutions has no rating with the BBB, you are looking at Nationwide Debt Management Services in Florida, NDMS uses a 916 number which would put them in Sacramento.

I got a call from mr anthony a few months ago... He explained to me what was going on with my account with another company.. so yes he is a debt collecter.. but honestly he worked with me when i was going thru rough times. Its never good when a debt collecter comes calling but it was my debt and mr anthony helped make a plan to pay the debt off with terms that worked with my finances at the time.. i cant say anything bad about the dude.

My dumb husband gave them our bank info because his co-signed on something and he said they were collecting the debt his friend owed because he never paid off what he bought. My husband is deployed and im left at home with two toddlers while they take money. in 7 months time itll be a total of 1250$ theyve taken. How the hell do I get my money back because of my moron husband?!?!?

These people are fraud. Do not tell them anything. Even if they treaten to take you to court and repo your stuff. They are fakes. Get as much info as you can,  name, numbers, fax, website company name and mailing address. Then you google FBI scams and make an online report, then google the federal trade commission and file an online report complaint. If you and your spouse are military, contact JAG immediately! They will leave messages saying this is a vert important military matter, but they are not the military and it is a federal offense to pose as such. If they are taking your money, call your bank and tell them itis fraud. You can usually get your money back and then close that account! The guy that called me said his name is tim rausling.

Go to your local police station with all of the information you have on them and file a report with them for harrasing/annoying calls and fraud. The police will charge them with this.

Call your bank and tell them all of the money taken out is fraud. The bank should refund your money, track down the source and deduct it from who ever is taking it.

Okay before you all jump at me. I paid a payday loan with this company. It is legit, how do i know? Because they got a court order to garnish my wages and it was confirmed with our payroll dept at work. I avoided wage garnishment by making two payments. Now this was back in January. I came across this forum because i was trying to look up their number so i can call for a "payment settled" letter to verify i paid the debt in full. The letter will be sent out tomorrow.

I did ask for a validation letter before paying and they were able to mail me one using certified mail. I have received many scam calls before TRUST!! but after seeing the court order and receiving a phone call from our payroll dept. I knew it was no joke. The debt I owed was legit too, I was too broke to pay it back then. But its done.

I've been receiving daily calls from Nationwide 888-414-0763. Now I've also received a letter from an attorney, W. Russell Fields claiming I have 10 days to call Nationwide Debt Management Solutions or they will proceed with legal action. Is this true? Are they a legitimate debt collecter? Should I give them a call. I'm guessing this is from an old credit card debt.

I'm scared and don't have the money for an attorney. They are harrassing me daily with 3-4 calls at all hours of the day. I have elderly parents that are scared and I don't know what to do.

    Help me please....

Check the statute of limitations. I'm sure its 4 yrs. If your last debt is older than that, ignore their calls.

The Statute of limitations depends on the state you live in and the last paid date or charge off date. Some states are as few as 3 years while some are as much as 10 years. The whether your debt is out of stat or not is easy enough to find out by looking up your states governing that particular type of account.

I am starting to get calls at work on a daily basis.  They went as far as to find my husband's company's cell phone number.  I am being threatened with wage garnishments and every time I try to tell them don't call here again, they hang up and say I will talk to you tomorrow.  How can I report them and get it to stop before it affects my job?  I just started this job only 3 weeks ago and they already have this number?  I don't understand.

The lady calling me is Jessica and her number she is calling from is 916-369-6592.
