These idiots called my supervisor at work.  I don't know who they are.  I'm assuming they are a debit collector but they have no right to call my employer.  They are threatening and should be dealt with via legal means.

Several phone calls from same people different numbers. NEVER files a complaint or has police been involved. They get your new phone numbers and family members information from running credit reports. Each time you apply for credit, your information updates on your file. They have access to this and uses it to discover your new numbers....

A Mr. Anthony just called my office and was very rude to the person who answered the phone.  I have asked them not to call my office and has completely ignored my requests.  I am going to try to find the address of these snakes and put it in writing.

I had a call from a John Garzear(maybe spelled incorrect) and said I owed a debt.

Received call from a "John" then found out name was Richard Romero(owner of company) guess he has many names.... Very threatening... Harassing .. Spoke down to me... Absolutely, completely unprofessional

They've been calling me non stop for days.

Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on numbers you do not recognize.

Just because someone on the phone calling you says you owe a debt does not mean you actually owe it.

If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:

1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  dime until the debt is validated

Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply ignore them and block their calls.

If they continue to bother you,  and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because,  being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking),  the only thing they understand.

I have contacted a lawyer this after noon

Called me today trying to say they want to represent me because my timeshare has no value and I'm paying a maintenance fee. they would make it so I would no longer own mt timeshare and not have the fee any longer. Who would inherit my Timeshare?Called 8 times even when I told him to stop calling here.Also said my timeshare was sold and than others were using it without paying a maintenance fee. Said my contract had been breached and so for me to let them represent  me and make it so I no longer would have to own my timeshare or pat the maintenance fee.Said my timrshare had no value and could not sell it.

A guy from this company called my office his name is Kenny James and stated in 1 hour he was sending over something to HR.  I hope he does it will go directly to my attorney.

My boss got a call from someone named Melissa Meredith asking for me.  She said she needed to speak to me and it was urgent.  It had to do with employment and she needed to fax something to me.  My boss did not give me a company name that she worked for.

I think this Richard Anthony call me and he is from nationwide debt collection (866)245-2296 is the number and leaving a name "Melissa"
So I called and it went directly to a voice recording- and press 1 to a live call and he introduce himself as richard Anthony and puts me on hold....
I just hung up.

This business should be investigated by the State Attorney General!  They are not only rude "Colleen" in particular, threatening and down right a nightmare to deal with.  It would be amazing to bring a class action suit against these obnoxious people and the company they represent.
