This company actually didn't call me I call them concerning a charge on my account I didn't authorize.  Please beware this company information is coming up on my account as BLS*WEBLEARN 8884612032.  When I contacted them, they say they bill for several different companies, my charge came from a company called Online Income Access, but the website is onlinelearningaccess.com because they don't have number for the company.  When I typed in the web company it is coming up for Lynda.com, which I do have an account with them and I got billed from them as Lynda.com.  I contacted Lynda.com and they don't know anything about BLS*WEBLEARN8884612032, I will keep a check on my account because I gave Lynda.com new information to bill me and I will find out if they are behind this!

I didn't get a phone call. But they started charging my bank account for something I never heard or or signed up for. I went to my bank and they looked up this number for me and I called them. The lady over the phone gave me a sales pitch and I told her no I just want my money back. She said she would only refund 20%. This is a fraudulent company. Demand your money back. I hope they get shut down soon.

I just checked my account and found a charge from these people that I never authorized, dont even know what its for, they have two phone number# 18882106547, 1888-461-2032, one doesnt even work, the other, goes to a recording telling you they are looking forward to working with you, I called my bank and disputed the transaction, I had to close my cards. Hoping this never happens again!

I went through the same fraud, except they refunded me fully. They didn't even tell me what I was charged for, all they said was that they're 3rd party company and that they don't have information which company charged me and what for. I told them that by law I have a right to know what I'm being charged for, maybe that's why they refunded me fully rather than 20% as posted on the thread above...

I immediately cancelled my card.

I surmise it's due to Trojans on our computer that report every keystroke to hackers and their robots have algorithms that filter out credit card entries to say the least and then report it to them scam artists. I only used the card for online transactions.

I want my money back

They had two charges on my account just today.  The heavily accented Indian who I spoke to named "Ken" told me they had no company name and it was a third party  company taking out money for another company which he was unable to name for me.  This is very interesting that all our posts are from today.  I will monitor the account for my 60% refund and now find where I can turn this company in for theft by taking.

I checked my account earlier today and noticed I was charged two different times from some website which I have never visited....I honestly can't even find the so called website.

I also was charged twice on my account. once for 11.03 and once for 11.31 neither of which I charged to my card. I have no idea what this BLS*WEBLEARN is and am going to dispute the charges through my bank and have them fully investigate them.

I just found 2 charges on my account never heard of these people  it was ran as credit per by bank.

Never recieved a call just taken out of my account

I have BLS*WEBLEARN888461 888-2106574 MT charge $13.01 to my account. Already contacted my bank as I did not order anything online or at any store for $13.01

The text below popped up on my phone this morning. Now I'll spend my morning disputing the charge and getting a new card issued. What a pain! Gotta love text alert though. No telling how long it would have taken for me to discover the bogus charge otherwise.

I have a charge for $10.97 this morning. Same story- the two phone numbers, kept going to a recording, on hold forever and eventually disconnected me. I finally got through and spoke with "Lucy". She gave me some run-around BS about being a 3rd Party customer service office and blah blah blah and that they could refund 60% of the charge. Uh, no ma'am, you're going to refund 100% of the charge and I will be filing a police report and a dispute through my bank. I've had to shut my account down all over $10.97. She said it was a monthly recurring charge for a membership in some mess about making money online. She would give me no company name, no address, nothing and kept trying to rush me off the phone. Laaaaaaadyyyy look here - you'll be hearing from me on this! Don't let it go - insist that they give you a FULL refund and call your bank immediately!

i too was charge two 12 dollar payments i didnt authorized them at all and had to call my bank and despute both transactions and cancel my card hopefully that works.

Two charges from BLS*weblearn appeared on my credit card statement statement this week. No idea who this company is and I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Thanks for posting this innformation everyone, i had two charges posted to my credit card and apparently set up a reoccurring!  This site saved me time and research in determining what was going on!

Call them over and over and tear them a new as*hole. Do not accept any excuses...no 20% 60% refund-100% or you will destroy them legally. Reported to bank and they will investigate.  

I just received a brand new debit card compliments of Wells Fargo dur to the Target scam. I promptly activated it. Within one day of activating my new card, I rec'd the BLS*WEBLEARN charge of $12.80. I immediately called Wells Fargo and they are investigating for fraud. DO NOT call this company and try to negotiate terms with them. This is a scam.

888 461 2032......BLS* WEBLEARN......caught them putting an unauthorized transaction on my card......called the #'s the bank gave me....goes right to a recording saying they will be with you in a moment....but....it never identifies where you are calling...i hung up and called back 3 times to make sure i was hearing correctly......after awhile it just cuts you off...no one answers.....called my bank back & shut the card down.......beware....don't take any chances....shut your cards & get new ones....they picked your pocket once they will come back if they are allowed to!

Wow....same story as above......cancelled card and charges disputed by bank as they follow up for me...how are they getting these card numbers???   Unhappy, to say the least!
