Another person on here said the same thing except they were rerouting the charges to a subscription they had at Lynda.com.  It seems its attaching to whatever accounts you have lingering out there.  My account had two separate charges but it seems they are taking roughly the same amounts from everyone finding it.  Id recommend changing your passwords on everything you have.  If they have our credit card info I can only imagine what other info they have on us.

    NOT Another Victim
Just got off the phone with Savanna Agent 91 ( VERY heavy mid east accent)... said it was for a subscription for the website onlinelearningaccess.com that i signed up for yesterday. I advised that I did no such thing. She said " I am sorry for that"  and went into a sales pitch about the "service" I told her to save her breath... I want my $13 refunded. " I am sorry for that and we will attempt to refund your money" I said there is no attempt...just do it. I asked where the number 8884612032 rang and she said "it ring in U.S" I asked where at she said she is not allowed to say where it rings. I said you cant even tell me what state. She said " I sorry for that but no" I said just tell me what region in the US it rings north south east of west. her response was Florida. I asked what state Florida boarders she said " I sorry for that I am not allowed to say". To which I said if you are in Florida you would know at least one state that boarders it. I gave her 3 choices TWO of which were Georgia and Alabama the third was Iowa. No response.. I asked what the temperature was in Florida... "I am sorry for that but I am not allowed to tell you" I said ok.. hey can you tell me what time it is my watch broke and I dont want to be late" guess what her response was...." I am sorry I am not allowed to say". So that is when I flipped my lid.. I said ok.. just stop it.. we both know you are not in Florida.. you are not even in the United States. you are a scammer... you scam people for a living you steal from innocent hard working people a little bit of money at a time however you people do it to so many people you make thousands a day. Stop lying to me and just come clean... oh never mind.. you are a thief and you HAVE to lie that is how you make your money.  I have googled this company and it is coming up all over google as a scam and you are a part of it and those whom call to question you have no problem refunding a few whom catch on to it and call. So i went on for a few seconds and I said oh hey its ok.. i am sorry too...I am sorry I have canceled my card so you can not do it to me again....go eat a pound of pork and have a nice day.

Looking at the website "Savanna" referenced.. there is NO WHERE on it a phone number to call for anything... and it is a very simple website.. pretty much looks like one of those template ones that you jsut add your text to and boom.. it is good. so yeah.. scam scam scam...

Ditto! I just found the same charge in my account and had the same conversation with my bank. I have to go tomorrow to take care of it. I'm livid! The charge is showing in my account as BLS*WEBLEARN88 for $12.77. The customer service number associated is 888-210-6574. I called, sat on hold for quite a while then got a recording telling me to leave a message with my name and number and a customer service rep would call me back. I don't think so! this is so aggravating!

Upon checking my bank account noticed a debit 3/9/14 preauth $13.08 posted to my account. BLS*WEBLEARN8884612032 LOC: 888-2106574 today posted as BLS*WEBLEARN 8884612032 LOC: ST JULIANS...called my bank to reverse charge...have to wait another day for this process. Had called 18882106574 yesterday 3/10/14 asked who they were and a man with Eastern Indian or South American accent stated they were a third party billing. I said I didn't authorized this transaction and would be calling the Better Business Bureau...he still wanted my phone number? I hung up and made my bank aware of this scam. I tried calling both numbers, was placed on hold and got a recording to leave my name and number and someone would return my call...as of yet no word. I reported complaint online to Consumer Financial Protection.

I didn't get a call either, it did show up on my statement, I had to cancel my card and filed fraud charges with my bank, I called the number and the foreigner said same thing and to me and he could reduce my reicurring charges by 60% I was very mad and explained I didn't order anything. Sounds like the same group that's been calling us saying they are from Microsoft security and trying to sell us security because our computer has virus's  there was also international charge with this so they are obviously not in this country, I updated my security on my laptop. and had to get new card.

"prayer always works" LOL. Nothing fails like prayer. Try praying today for the little children dying of cancer to be healed right now, today. Try praying for all people that have had lost arms or legs for god to grow them back. Get real. God won't heal all the little children dying of starvation and cancer but he will take a look into this credit card fraud??? I live in a crazy world with a bunch of crazy people....

Why are you people even bothering to call these scammers?  All you have to do is report this as fraud to your bank or credit card company and their fraud dept takes care of it.  Your current card is canceled, the fraudulent charge goes away and you get issued a new card.

Unfortunately, most - if not all - financial institutions ask you to attempt to call the vendor first, then file a dispute if the vendor refuses to refund your money.

Just got this $10.22 on my bank's Visa card. Not sure how they got my number but this appears to be a scam using credit card numbers that have been harvested (probably from Target or a similar retail theft). Just called the bank, closed the credit card account and disputed the charge (it was from an outfit apparently calling themselves BLS Weblearn in Malta). IMHO, the use of drones should be expanded to allow call centers for scams like this to be eliminated.

Thanks for posting.  I didn't know you could file complaints like that through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  I just did the same thing.  The next step they advised was to file a police report.  That's coming next.  Anything that can be done so it doesn't happen again should be done.  Thanks for the info!

This company charged my checking account for 13.15 and I immediately went to my bank.  As of this date, March 11th, 2014 it had not posted to my account.  My card at the bank card was cancelled.  I finally got through to the number and find out that the the company was a third-party company that handled an account for XFitness.com.  As I spoke to the 'customer service' representative I informed him that my bank was away of the fraudulant charge, and, the bank, as well as I, have notified the FCC, and my State Attorney General's office has been notified.  The representative could NOT tell me how XFitness got my banking information but I was asked if I applied to onlinelearningaccess.com.  I told him no, I have a PhD, multiple sclerosis and was 65 and retired.  I did not need a fitness program, nor did I need to further my education.  He then 'cancelled' my membership and I was told that the refund would be posted to my account in 3-5 business days.  I told him that my bank and I were going to be monitoring my bank account so I hope that he did his job correctly.

They gave me a different name, onlinelearningcenter.com. When I told them I had made fraud alerts they said they didn't have anything to do with the actual company and were just a third party billing but that they would cancel the reoccurring monthly hit and refund the money. I doubt I will see the money from them but Wells Fargo promises to make it right. At first I thought they had hacked PayPal, but since she seemed to be able to find me by name and zip code I think it was more of a local business, like a gas station that got hit.

Actually, my bank made me try the numbers while I was there before they would do anything. It's not that you want to call them so they can phish for more information.

I used PayPal last week once-first time in a year, and local Virginia gas stations, FoodLion, Petsmart, and resturants. From the fact the 2032 lady was able to find it by first name and zip code I am thinking they stole it from a self-swipe gas station. I use 7-11, WaWa and Kangaroo, no one else.

So here's an update. I did talk to someone from the number after several attempts and told him about the fraudulent activity from BLS Learning, that it's not a legit business and they are siphoning credit information from unsuspecting people. He said he would issue a refund. I noticed when the transaction was pending it was $9.08, and after it has cleared there's two payments of $8.77 and .31 listed as some foreign charge. So I told him I want the full refund.

He said the call was recorded when I mentioned that his company was doing business with fraudulent scammers and he should let management know, it needs to be investigated because there is going to be a lot of heat regarding these fraudulent transactions coming there way. He said the call would be investigated by upper management. My refund number is 263670- and I the customer service rep was Luke Martinez #384.

I will report my findings to my local news websites as a caution, and will also file with the Attorney General's offiice. We have to do our part if we want to see these people exposed and dealt with by law enforcement.

God can fight for Himself, He doesn't need me stand up for Him and that's not why I'm here on this site. I'm here to do my part in pushing back the darkness.

JL we see the world differently. And just because you see the ripples doesn't mean that the force behind them is not there. We are referring to hidden forces at play which can no longer be overlooked, through families, finances, health etc.... You can not fight spiritual forces in the flesh but in spirit. The reasons we see evil in the land is because the truth has been hidden, trust me... there are people praying. Your life is a blessing, someone is praying for you whether you know or not. I have seen more miracles in my life and through the lives of others from prayer that I can't even count them, it's simply undeniable. I suppose you can say that I am crazy for the Lord! :)

I made two purchases in the past two months one Shark and one Microsoft and I've used pay pal and my bank is WF. One of these has been hacked. All three would have names, addresses, and bank info. I see someone mentioned Microsoft along with WF and pay pal.

I got a call from the VIsa fauld unit, asking if I had made any recent purchase with my Card. I stated no, There were two charges made. My card was blocked and now I have to get another one. The charges were denied any way. I don 't know where people are getting the information on my card. I have not used it since 2/28/14. Al least the Visa Card company caught it and did not charge me. They have already filed charges against the company. I tried to call 888-461-2032 and got a recording telling me that all agencies are busy.  HAve you people gone crazy. This is from another country. Get a life people. Leave us poor working people alone.
