Same thing happened to me! I didnt receive a call but found two small charges to my debit account from BLS*WEBLEARN88846 888-210-6574. So I contacted my bank immediately to file a claim. Then I tried to contact this company. The first phone number simply disconnected me. However, I was able to reach a live person today on the 888-461-2032 number. The lady told me I had to call back in 2 hours because their system was down...I told her she was working for a fraudulent company that was scamming people and she wasnt happy.
I had to get a new card issued by my bank. Ugh...I have no idea how these people got my info! I was in Tennessee this past weekend so maybe it was something there...

    My wife got this, too.

Hey, since so many people have showed up with this issue in the past 24 hours, can we see if there are any links between us all?

My wife recently torrented a stupid video game and immediately got our network infected with some toolbar called "Imminent."  Here we are a day later and this happens.  I'm just wondering if they could be related.

It might be complete coincidence!  But if anyone has used torrent or had that toolbar infect their computer, please say so and maybe we can figure out the root of where they're getting these card numbers.

Or if anything else happened you think could be related, say so, and maybe that will jog other memories as well?

I think the above person who posted has a great idea. So here is my list:  We purchased from Target during the time where cards were compromised. Used a site called save kids lives and did a trial. Started paying tuition through a third party company online. Paid our new health insurance over the phone. Any bells going off for anyone else?

No toolbar. I don't know how they got my number, but they did. My guess is that they're doing such small charges so that no one would really suspect them. The charges look like they could be for lunch or groceries or something.

We did not receive a phone call.  I did notice a charge to our checking account for $12 and change posted two days ago.  Confirmed with spouse that neither of us incurred such a charge.  Called the 888 number and firmly demanded a refund.  I was told that our subscription (was never told what type of subscription) was cancelled and that our refund would be posted within the next three business days.  We shall see.  Prepared to contest the charge with our credit union if the refund is not posted by the promised date.

Well said!!!!  I agree with your declaration in Jesus' Mighty and Holy Name.  I just looked at my account and saw an unauthorized charge for $10.12.  I do not know who these people are - never heard of them.  Have to call my bank and cancel my card!  I just did the same thing about three weeks ago with another card at a different institution.  The Word of God is so right!  It is so important to know the state of our flocks (affairs).  I plead the BLOOD OF JESUS over our finances and I rebuke satan now, and command him to take his hands off of all that belong to GOD's people, and yes, restore seven times what he has stolen, now in Jesus' Name!!!

Yes, BLS*WEBLEARN8884612032  is definitely a fraudulent charge.  I tried calling tis  number also and it wouldn's even ring.  If you are seeing this info, please call your credit card company and report this as fraud.  By billing small dollar amounts these fraudsters are able to get by.  Thank you to those who are praying and believe in the power of God.  As His word says,  No weapon formed against us shall prosper!!  Amen!!

Luckily, I check my account everyday and noticed a charge for $12.79 that I did not authorize or furthermore, no who this company is.  Went to my bank yesterday and was told it had to actually "come through".  Checked again this morning as this charge cleared.  I now have to go back to my bank, dispute the charge and get a new card.  What a pain in the butt!!  My charge also came thru as WEBLEARN with a # of 888-461-2032.

I had to go through the same wrestling process over $12.81 to get my 100% refund.  The promise to dispute with my credit card company and file a formal complaint with the FTC seemed to be what moved "Sarah" (with a strong foreign accent) off 60% and up to 100%.  Unfortunately of course I have to get my credit card changed.  I hope the Target experience helps everyone know that banks and businesses will not let you know your personal information has been violated unless they are absolutely forced to......and then only quite some time later.  This is the "new" world economy we live in.....  John

My account was charged for $10.62. No idea who this company is. Called the phone number and talked with very heavy accented person named "Lucy". She was very sketchy and would not tell me the name of the company. Just kept saying they were a third party customer service for all kinds of company's concerning making money online. Wanted to only give me a 60% refund. I said no way. This is fraud and they will be refunding 100%. Call the bank and report and shut your card down.

God, Your Word says if any two of us touch and agree on earth then What we ask will be done for us. We thank You, that there are more than two touching this subject and now we ask the angels of God that minister for us the heirs of salvation to go forth and arrest all those involved in this scam and cause them to release all our funds in Jesus' name. I agree for seven fold return on what you attempted to steal from us all. AMEN!!!!!!!?

Got a charge on a visa from BLS*Weblearn. I was lucky (apparently) that they answered the phone when I called.  She told me the charge was by my husband for a subscription to a 'site to learn to make extra money'.  I told her it was impossible since he was at 30,000 feet at that time. They did not want to refund the charge, then only would give me 60%. I threatened them with the state attorney general and demanded to speak to a supervisor. She THEN could cancel the subscription and refund the money (in 3-5 days). I called back and 'confirmed' with another foreign operator that it is marked this way in their computer. I will still contact my state attorney general.
