Yes, I am wondering as well if Walmart has some bugs, because it's the last place I used the card on the 9th . This transaction came out at 1am on the 10th, Not good.

I have 2 charges on my credit card this month from --BLS*WEBLEARN8884612032 ST JULIANS MH--. I called the phone number and the lady advised me to call back in 3-4 business days because their computers were down. When I told her that I had read that this was a fraudulent company she hung up on me! I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge and cancelled my cards. hopefully that will take care of it. I have not even used my card in the last 3-4 months, so this charge was easy to find for me. They are sneaky though and only charge small amounts hoping you will not notice it.

Just found two separate charges from the BLS Weblearn on my account.  Seems the only way to stop them from taking money is change your debit information.  Pretty PO'd about it.  I never received a call from anyone just the charges.  Hope they burn in hell, thieves.

I spotted two charges on my account from BLS Weblearn...with the 888-461-2032 St Julians MT. I notified the bank, blocked my card (the bank said it was a use of my debit card and the company was routed through the Netherlands), and filed a police report. I'm filing a disputed transaction form and swearing out a statement with police to prosecute! I know these thugs won't be caught, just makes me feel a bit better knowing I've done all I can to prevent them from doing this again. Lesson learned. Check my account every single day! I didn't get phone calls though...just charges on my account.

I'm in Florida and I've not made any credit card purchase as we don't use credit cards. I do, however, have contributions made to World Vision, Wounded Warrior Project and our church...all of which go through our bill pay. My poor husband is going to have a fit when he hears this!

You should let your bank know. Dispute the charges and get your money back. The only way to stop this IS to change your debit information...real pain but necessary. My bank told me this is a 'recurring' charge., so save yourself the hassle of next month! I've also filed a report with police.

This place showed up my card randomly, called the number and was on hold 15 minutes before they led me to some voice mail.  They never said what the name of company was.  Called my bank, they filed report to investigate charge and cancelled my card.

didn't get called but found an odd transaction on my bank account with that same number. darn, glad I found this site and page. Same thing this morning, $10.67 at 4:58am. No clue how I got that. Called bank, they will remove charges and issue a new cc.
I can tell you that I have not used this card at Target at all. Maybe at Walmart a long while back.
Hope they get shut down soon so others don't have to go through the same stupid mess we have.

Dispute the charge with your credit card company.  Do not settle for a partial refund!

Looks like it didn't work. They charged me today.

Maybe let the credit card companies handle it, and let G-d do the important stuff.

Same thing - never heard of the company and did not authorize this charge of $12.93.  No phone call.  It is still pending on my credit card.  Will be contacting the credit card company immediately.

Have any of you bought on line recently e.g. Shark euro pro?  I found a charge for $10.64 on my account today and I have no idea who these people are.  I tried the phone # and got a recording saying agents are busy please hold for the next representative, then a recording asking for my name, phone # and why I called and a rep would get back to me. Guess I better call the bank tomorrow....

Since you did not authorize those charges, please do file a dispute for FRAUD with your bank!

I have a charge from "VISA - BLS*WEBLEARN888461" that is pending on my checking account.  I didn't authorize it, either.  My bank has advised that I actually allow the charge to post, and to get back with them once it does.
Strangely enough, this charge coincided with a charge for National Geographic Magazine.  The magazine is evidently set up on auto-renewal, and a renewal fee for $19.00 going to National Geographic showed up on my account yesterday morning, but within about six hours, the 19.00 charge disappeared, and appears to have been replaced with a 10.54 charge being paid to this "VISA - BLS*WEBLEARN888461" - Is it possible that this BLS*Weblearn is attaching itself to magazine subscriptions?

I bought it online from Shark, the pkg deal from the infomercial. I sent it back the day it came  and wanted a refund. Two days after a partial refund (they promise a full refund) this strange charge with these same numbers posted here showed up on my account.
