I have no clue who this is, so I don't usually answer it.  But, the one time I did (on our 1 phone that doesn't have caller ID), I got someone asking to talk to me and I said "This is she" and they hung up on me.....

This is from a call center that follows up if you've made a recent visit to a car dealer. Totally harmless.

This number calls at all hours of the day, for several days now.  I haven't shopped at a car dealer (thanks for that info, though, Booyah)...

I have been receiving the same call but have not answered as well, I figured it was some telemarketing.

I got a call on my cell phone tonight from this number. When i try to call the number back it just fails the call and asks me to retry. WTF? Is this a car dealership or a collection agency!?

I was called at 1030pm!!!!!!!! I really dont like these people. someone find who this is registered to and sue them.

1-888-481-7225 has called me three times in the last day and a half. No message has been left by the caller. I test drove a Toyota and Hyundai last weekend in Columbus, Ohio; not sure if that is related (others here think it may be).

I think that they are an evaluation service, asking for feedback on your visit to a car dealership (mine was Toyota), which may related to a trip there for oil change, tires, buying a car, test driving a car, any transaction in a dealership.

this number persistantly calls my cell phone as of a recent trip to a car dealership--it won't stop calling and I would like to have my number removed

Got a call from them a little bit ago with no message and Googled them to find this. I bought a DaimlerChrysler Corp. vehicle a couple of weeks ago. It's probably because of that. The sales guy did specifically ask for my cell number to put on some form.

I called them back to get through to a recording. It said that it was because of my recent visit to the dealership, and they'd try me back later.

I think it might be Lincoln, I was on-line today and filled out a form to receive pricing on a new lincoln and got this call today from this number, I didn't pick up, and no message was left, so I googled the number and found all these posts

On a Sunday I have received over 8 times today.  Did not look at a car, am not behind on bills, thought I would have 800 numbers blocked, what gives.

I was called today and last Friday.  Car dealership calling about a recent trip to a dealership.  I have not been to a dealership in some time.  I asked them if it was due to a recent visit and they said yes.   What gives?

I visited BMW this past weekend and gave them my #. Today I got a call and there was nobody on the other end.

Received a call and caller hung up. I don't know if it is related, but I did have a car repaired at a Chrysler dealership in the past 3 days.

I test drove a mazda, and they've been calling me 3-4 times a day since and when i pick up they immediately hangup. At first I thought it was someone casing my house to see when I'm home.
