They have called me endlessly for a week now. I have not been to a car dealership. Don't know how they got my number. Someone needs to put them out of business! If they are legit - they should be leaving messages & not hanging up on people.

This croud also calls when you have your car serviced. We have a Toyota and these people won't stop calling. I am on the 'Do Not Call' list, and it has not helped with these people. I have reported them.

Received call. When I answered, there was no answer/hang up.

This # is from a car dealership.  I recently purchased a new car and this is the second time that they have called to do a survey.  I am in North Carolina and it was a Toyota dealership.  When I call the # back I get a recording saying that the call is regarding a recent visit to a car dealership and that they will call back.

They called my cellphone, which is on the "do not call" registry.  I called them back and got a recorded message saying I had been called in relation to a recent visit to a dealership and someone would be calling me again later.  The only dealership I've been to recently was Stevens Creek Nissan to have my Murano repaired/serviced.  I'm guessing that as my cellphone number is on record in the service department, that's their way around the "do not call" instruction.    I think they might have called the home number the previous evening, and because we didn't answer it they moved on to the other number on their paperwork for us.  It is very annoying to get a useless call on a cellphone, that we the consumers pay for.  They ought to be told to stop doing this.

I understand that this number has something to do with "car dealerships" which makes me MAD, because I called Costco and AAA YESTERDAY for car info, therefore they are selling your name and number to them and I am PISSED.

I filled out a form today for a ford and I keep getting this number I answer it and I get nothing on the other end, Real annoying and if they were trying to help they are more of a bother than anything. I don't want the calls from them I want a call from the dealership. They called three times today i answered 2 of them for no one to be there and the other I let it ring and no message was left. Either talk when the phone is answered or leave a message,Otherwise STOP CALLING!!!!

I inquired online about a Ford Explorer recently and have been getting calls from this number since.

Three calls in 3 days from this number. No message the first two calls, and a hang-up on the third call. I am on the "do not call" list from telemarketers. Very annoying.

I dont answer unknown calls but this number comes up numerous times dailey

No response, no messages, just ringing phone.

Received about 10 calls in the last week from 888 481 7225.  I never answer and no message is ever left.  I bought a new truck about a week ago.  After reading all these messages, it must be the reason for the calls. I called the number back and keep receiving the same message, "All the phone lines are busy at this time, please try back later."  Freakin annoying!

Received a call on my cell phone 2 days after having my Toyota serviced.  It has been my past experience that "for better future customer service", not only do dealerships hire companies to call for a brief survey, using a scale of 1-10, about how I was treated, did the service writer explain the work performed, was I satisfied with the blah, blah, blah - BUT ALSO, inevitably I'll receive a survey to fill out & return.

Yep, so far, this # called me twice so far. I visited Galpin Mazda and Ford in Van Nuys, CA recently for service and a look-see.

I have been receiving calls from this number for like 2 days now. Its been like 3 times a day. Its really annoying me. I did take my car in to be serviced at a Honda dealership. Usually when I get call backs for surveys though, they are nice and they at least answer. Everytime I answer no one is there.

I just purchased a car from a Toyota Used Car dealership. What is so f-ing annoying is that they call, and hang up when you answer. Calling back just gets you a fast busy signal. Now, they are calling my work number too, and doing the same thing. Can't something be done about this?
