Just got a call from my son. He told me that someone called my mother's house which whom I don't talk to for 2 years now. Said a James White of city services and a case number. But different phone number of 1 888 501 0052. Any one else know anything?

I was served papers on April 28, 20017 from a company called Premium Asset Services, LLC.  These papers were 'served' at my place of employment and left with a receptionist who is not a permanent employee and had no idea of what to do with them.  After receiving calls from Serena Miller of City Services Group whom I later found out is affiliated with Premium Asset Services, LLC as well as a list of other 'business' names they do not keep accurate paperwork.  Steven D'Angelo is the person who showed up in court today. (A complete A$$)  Attempted to use a scare tactic on me, which was nothing surprising since this is the way his associates operate.  Thought I was going to fold and just fork over money. NOPE!! Bottom line I came with my paperwork and research and once started informing Mr. Steven D'Angelo that the company he hired, City Services Group were/are conducting and using illegal business practices and could verify everything, believe me he was hotter than fish grease.  People, DO NOT let these scum buckets swindle you out of money.  They tend to prey on the elder, immigrants, and really try to take advantage of women.  NOT THIS WOMAN!!!  Research these so called debt collectors and start making them accountable for their actions.  REPORT, REPORT, REPORT them to the FTC as well as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).  Get them placed on the 'Banned Debt Collectors List".  Check the FTC, there is such a list.  If enough people report, they can and will be shut down.

I received a call from City Services, Samantha Miller, stating she was going to try and serve me at my home tomorrow 6/17/17 and if I wasn't home they were coming to my place of employment between 3-5 pm and to make my self available!!  First when you are served papers you are not told you are being served as the point is to catch someone when they aren't expecting it so they cant run, especially giving a time....IDIOTS!! IF I was being served I'll make sure not to be here between 3-5 LMAO!!!  Also IF I did own money which I don't there have been no other attempts to collect a dept.  no other phone calls, no letters no nothing.  This is a total scam!!!!  don't fall for it people.  The number they provided to call back was 1-800-590-8546

Calling a prior workplace and harassing people to try to get my personal information.

My boss received a call yesterday from someone at Premier legal support stating they tried to serve me a summons. They never asked to speak to me.  They told my boss i should call city services group at 855-563-5351 for info and gave a case #. Today a Jim Murphy called my cell  from  714-243-4039 and said i should call him for info since it seems i dont know of the situation. He left the same case # and 855 phone # to call.

Im sensing scam.

I received a call today, didn't recognize the number so I let it go to VM.  Mike Davis left a message.  He knew my maiden name, prior married name, and current name.  Any debt I might have had with my maiden or prior married names are way to old or are my ex-husbands responsibility.  He said he was with Premier Legal Support Services and has a complaint in his office in *** County (listed the county I live in) and If I would like to avoid any involuntary collection fees from the court system and payroll deductions I have 24 hours to contact the plaintiff and would be able to settle out of court.  Gave me the telephone number of 855-563-5351 and that the company I was to call was City Services Group.  I'm 1/2 tempted to call them and give them the run around . . . . and then report them.

So wht happened ? Did u call? And was this a another pay day scam collection or medical ?

I had the same thing happen to me, and the number Mike Davis called from showed up as "Private number". No legit company trying to collect money from you will call from a private number. They also called my work, and I spoke with Jim Murphy. He told me they would garnish my wages unless I chose to settle over the phone. I tole him I'd rather them serve me papers the legal way, and he got mad and hung up.

Got two calls within three months first to me then my husband. I asked for physical address and they would not give it to me and told me that they do not take orders from me I said I want the info and proof Jim yelled at me and told me that we were going to be sued and hung up on me so over this

Was left a message by James White of Premier Legal today, was told that he is dealing with a Civil matter against my girlfriend and she isn't responding.  Apparently I was the fall back number and they knew my company name.  The call came at 240PM on a Friday and I was given a deadline of 3PM the same day to take care of it or they would proceed processing the claim with my company.  At first I was a bit worried as the last thing I need is some jackwagon calling my corporate headquarters with a legal claim...but come on, really...  I'm sure that if my local county City Services had a dispute with her they would have at some point come to my house, given that I work from home and I know noone has been here looking...  These scams are getting out of hand.  It's time we abandon the cell phones and internet technologies and go back to the good old days of only three people knowing your phone number and if you wanted to talk to someone you drove your lazy "4th point of contact" over to their house and knocked on the door.

Same name with City Services. Total SCAM. They acted like a they could tell I'd spoken to a previous collector that had a bill before them. If they could they are obviously I'm on the scam together!

No. Never served. Lots of people from different #s trying to intimidate me, *acting* with some clever wording that they are with the county... Well hell,  I'm from Oklahoma County right in my house!! They are a clever bunch of people in on it. SCAM!

Called from City Services Group which upon checking is a LLC in the UK. They were calling from California. They were harassing me at work regarding a debt my wife allegedly owed. Again would not give any pertinent details and were trying to essentially extort money from us to “prevent them from serving us with papers. “ I very calmly told Jim Murphy (name this person gave) that he was not to contact me telephonically again, that I had filed a complaint with the CFPB. Since this scam is going over phone lines and across state lines I contacted the FBI for wire fraud.

I got a call from these people several times saying they have tried serving me. They were sending it to my Grandmother's address who has lived there close to 45 years. Never once did I get served from them. I told the lady on the phone to send information in the mail. That she had 5 days to get the papers to me. She refused to do so. She changed the amount twice to get me to pay at that moment. She doesn't let you speak at all. You have to yell to get her attention. She hangs up every time I tell her things that are not true. They sound so real and convincing they are not. the phone number that showed up on my phone was 7142434041. When you call it back it just rings. The phone number that they want you to call is 8553489035.

He just tried that BS with me at my work place settle right now, funny thing I asked them to send me something in writing and they asked for my address, I stated you have my address since you are goign tos erve me send it in writing. I hung up scammers with a tid bit of an attitude.

I was told to this 8882419816 I call a man name Jim  Murphy x203 for (cash store )demaned he's taking me to court but he can settle outside wanting $1200.00,900.00,800.00.he was rude.
